• DANIELA (2/5): Eu não aconselho nenhuma mulher sozinha viajando, como eu estava a se hospedar neste local - A localização é excelente, perto do nersai do Bolhão e principais pontos turísticos e de fácil acesso ao metrô. Apesar da estadia ser anunciada como hotel, trata-se de um AIRBNB num prédio que inclusive tem moradores antigos. O código dado pra acessar ao prédio não funcionava pois um morador que foi me socorrer disse que está quebrado há muitos meses, eu só conseguia entrar e sair pq alguém abria. É um entra e sai de pessoas desconhecidas, inclusive o Locker pra pegar a chave do apto abriu mas depois eu não conseguia colocar a chave pra fazer o check out. O teto do banheiro está descascando, as toalhas e travesseiros de tão usados poderiam ser descartados. A limpeza tb deixa a desejar. Tinha rolo vazio de papel higiênico no banheiro.
• Antonio (6/5): ACEPTABLE - La ubicación El apartamento necesita una reforma, pequeños detalles como el mando de TV no tenía pilas, no había bayeta en la cocina, escasos rollo de papel en el baño para cuatro personas. En el baño se salía el agua de la ducha y hacía charco en el suelo.

• Olga (8/5): - Coqueto apartamento para 2/4 personas todo lo necesario para una estancia de 2/3 días.Limpio moderno.Cerca del metro. La calle para acceder tenía demasiada cuesta y el apartamento era frio.
• Elena (9/5): Schöne zentrale cozy Apartment - mit (leider) late check in - Die Lage ist einmalig, in einer Seitenstrasse unmittelbar bei der Station Trindad. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nett, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, vielleicht ein bisschen klein für zwei Erw. und ein Teenie aber für ein Wochenende kann man sich arrangieren. Viele Geschäfte, ein großer Supermarkt und tolle Restaurants alle in max 5 Min Fußmarsch. Zu empfehlen! nur zwei Minuspunkte: ohne den zufällig getroffenen Nachbarn hätten wir den Schlüssel aus dem teuflischen Box nie und niemals herausgekriegt. Genauso war es uns nicht möglich, bei der Ausreise ihn wieder reinzu tun (zum Glück war ein Briefkasten da). Und leider ein dickes Minus sind die Zeiten: Check out um 11.00 Uhr - das kann man noch hinnehmen, aber Check in um 16.00 Uhr!!! Da ist der Tag schon gelaufen, wenn man nur ein Wochenende zur Verfügung hat! Definitiv zu spät.
• Kemalettin (2/5): Dar ve küçük oda, rahatsız edici oda ortamı. - Her ne kadar hiçbir yetkili ile yüzyüze iletişim kuramasakta online üzerinden mesajlarımıza cevap aldık. Ortak alanın temiz olması ve kullanılabilir olmasıda iyi yanlarındand. Otel sessizdi klima haricinde. Hangisni yazsak ki? Çncelikle bu tesisi seçmemizde tesisin aldığı çok yüksek puan geliyordu. Fakat beklentilerimizin hiçbirini karşılayamadı. Odaya girince şok olduk nasıl o kadar yüksek bir puan alabişir. Tesisin 4 numaralı odasında konakladık. Bu oda bize çift kişilik olatak satıldı. Yalnız geldiğimizde ilk şoku odaya girince yaşadık. Bu odada tek kişi zar zor konaklayabilir. Klima saatlerce çalıimasına rağmen bırakın odayı ısıtmayı, kendini bile ısıtamadı. Ve çok üşüdük. Klima aşırı ses yapıyordu. Tesisin her alanı aşırı soğuktu. Son gün ortak alanda biraz vakit geçirdik. Donduk. Odadnın banyosu çok aşırı küçüktü. Ayrıca bookingteki ades ile binanın geeçek adresi çok farklı ve birbirinden çok uzakta yerlerdi. Bize mesajla gerçek adres bildirildi. 2 gece konakladığımız için 2. fün havlu değişim talebinde bulunduğumuzda bunun için bizden ekstra 17 euro talep edildi Ayrıca bavulallarınızın tesis içinde check out sonrasında bir süreliğine kalması mümkün değil bilginiz olsun. Odada çöplerinizi alabileceğiniz bir çöp kutusu yok. Oda 2 kişilik olmasına rağmen 2. kişiye sandalye yok. Diğer kişi yatağa oturmak zorunda. Asansör yok. Odalara çıkışta merdivenler dik. Bavulunuzu elinizde taşımaya hazır olun.
