• Nicole (7/5): Polly Pocket Haus - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man erreicht alles in 10-15 Minuten Die Gastgeberin Diane war sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben nochmal zusätzliche Handtücher sowie ein Geschirrtuch und Klopapier nachgeordert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte im Haus alles was man braucht an Küchenutensilien. Es war alles sehr eng, wir mussten das Bett verschieben, sodass man den Koffer aufmachen konnte, obwohl das Bett nur 120cm breit ist. Zudem war es nachts sehr laut, sowohl die Nachbarn als auch der Straßenlärm. Man sieht durch die Wohnungstüre das Licht im Flur und riecht dadurch leider auch die Essensgerüche der Nachbarn.

• Susan (7/5): Great location, needs a bit of maintenance. - Location was great. Close to train station, easy walk to city centre, great public transport options. Lack of amenities (listing indicated free toiletries but only hand soap provided. No spare toilet paper etc.) Toilet seat was cracked and shower leaked onto the floor.

• Floriane (6/5): En soit bon rapport qualité prix car il y a un jaccuzzi sinon chambre très bruyante et pas très propre. - Le jacuzzi est vraiment super ! Relativement grand, avec bulle et jet d’eau ainsi que des néons de toutes les couleurs. Pour avoir tester l’écrin noir et l’amazone je vous recommande pour avoir le moins de bruits possible de prendre l’écrin noir qui est au premier étage. Car l’amazone est au rez de chaussée et on entend le bruit de ceux qui sont au-dessus ainsi que le bruit de la route ! En terme de rapport qualité prix ce logement reste super car il est proche de la gare avec un beau jacuzzi et il y a de la place pour bouger dedans. Car 100€ la nuit avec un jacuzzi ça n’existe pas moins cher sur bordeaux je pense. La proprio est également très gentille et elle a su vite réagir pour nous trouver une solution à notre problème. Forcément nous n’avons pas eu de chance. Quand nous sommes arrivés le logement n’avait pas été nettoyé. C’était vraiment très sale. Par chance la proprio nous a trouvé une autre chambre pour la nuit en attendant que l’autre soit nettoyé, ce qui est top car nous avons pu tester l’Amazon et l’écrin noir. Malheureusement même après le passage de l’agent d’entretien elle était toujours pas nettoyée à 100%, le sol collé énormément et nous avons retrouvé une énorme boule de cheveux collé à la porte ainsi qu’un caleçon accroché dans la salle de bain. Je me demande même si elle nous a pas redonné les tapis des gens ainsi que les serviettes car il y avait des taches marrons et des cheveux dessus. De plus, la femme de ménage nous a réveillé quasi tous les jours à chaque fois qu’elle faisait le ménage. Ça serait bien qu’elle vienne dans le bâtiment après 11h une fois que les gens sont partis. D’ailleurs elle est venu frapper une fois à notre porte à 10h du matin… alors que nous avons jusqu’à 11h pour partir. Et au départ 11h tapante elle frappait aussi à la porte et elle est allée dans la salle de bain pour la nettoyer alors que nous étions encore là. (On a mis seulement 3 min à sortir de la chambre, elle aurait pu attendre un peu) La chambre l’Amazon est vraiment très bruyante, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe au-dessus de nous et il y a le bruit de la route et des gens de dehors qui nous réveillent à toutes heures. Donc même si physiquement elle est plus jolie faut mieux prendre l’écrin noir pour le calme. Ensuite, les lits sont vraiment très petits du 140cm si vous avez un grand gabarit comme mon conjoint, il vous sera compliqué de dormir correctement. Et rien à voir la plaque de cuisson est pas folle. Si vous cuisez des œufs durs laissez les 5 min de plus 🤣

• Ronald (4/5): Fantastisch gelegen. Niet romantisch. - Het appartement is gelegen in het centrum dichtbij de mooiste plekken. Het appartement is nieuw. Buren maakten veel lawaai. Er is geen host aanwezig. Ook de deuren werden heel hard dichtgeslagen. De kamer is onvoldoende geluidwerend. Verder was de gehuurde de ruimte erg klein. Het bed is was maar 1,40m breed. Op de foto’s lijkt het een erg luxe ruimte. Het is bij het boeken wat nu wel of niet bij de ruimte hoort. De ruimte die wij gehuurd hebben was erg klein en niet optimaal ingedeeld.

• E.J. (7/5): Redelijk verblijf op goede lokatie - In het huis worden 4 kamers verhuurd. Ik zat op de begane grond. Kleine kamer maar was goed voor 1 prs. Locatie heel goed. Goede vibe in de wijk - beetje studentikoos. Ca. 20 min. lopen naar centrum. Huis is gehorig. En boven buurman verschuift nogal eens wat meubels zo lijkt het.
• Rocio (4/5): Imposible dormir salvo que te desmayes - La presión agua ducha y la wifi. El colchón no estaba mal. Habitación muy ruidosa tanto por estar a pie de calle como por estar pegada a la puerta de acceso al edificio que se cerraba de golpe, oías a los que salían y entraban. No podías descorrer las cortinas porque estás expuesto a todo el que pase por la calle. El inodoro es independiente pero en un espacio pequeño sin ventilación. Puerta de acceso a la habitación daba sensación de inseguridad. El toallero no funcionaba. Almohadas muy malas. Para llegar al apartamento andando de noche atraviesas una zona que no parece segura. Mejor llegar en tranvía
