• gregoire (3/5): Bien placé dans la ville, mais un cauchemar de nuisances sonores - la chambre est accoustiquement dans la rue. - L’emplacement est bien, non loin du centre historique, juste à côté du Guadalquivir et du pont Isabel II. La chambre est au rez-de-chaussée, donne sur la rue, fermée par une très mince porte de bois, et ajourée par endroits, qui laisse passer TOUS les bruits de la rue, comme si vous y dormiez. Pire, la rue étant étroite et pavée, tous les bruits y sont amplifiés. Passages de valise à roulette dès 6 h du matin, voitures, scooters, travaux dans une maison voisine de 7h à 17h, et passage de groupes ivres et tonitruants au milieu de nuit… Bref, aucune tranquillité, que ce soit pour travailler ou se reposer. Et pour clore le tout, vous n’avez qu’une IA qui ne comprend rien pour répondre à vos demandes. J’ai dû renoncer à avoir la cafetière et la carafe filtrante en état de marche.

• Elisa (9/5): Estancia cómoda y con estilo en el corazón de Triana - Todo muy cuidado, con buen gusto en la decoración y cocina completisima. Amplio y práctico. La ducha de abajo tipo hammam era ideal! Diferencia de temperatura entre las dos plantas. Abajo hay humedad y arriba calor, pero se arregla rápido con los splits de aire disponibles.

• Iratxe (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente. La cama es muy cómoda. La parte de arriba es preciosa y recién restaurada por lo que parece. El apartamento es bonito, pero hay cosas que te hacen no estar cómoda. No hay casi agua caliente, se acababa mientras te duchabas, la taza del baño estaba rota, el secador roto por viejo. La casa olía a humedad. Muchísimo ruido de fuera. La habitación está en un bajo. No fue una mala estancia, pero no volvería. Se gastas mucho dinero en poder viajar y a mí me gusta que las cosas estén como prometen.
• Hanna (5/5): Triana Apartment - Triana is a beautiful neighbourhood, easily reached by walking across the bridge from the busier parts of Sevilla. The apartment itself is newly renovated and clean. We admittedly had a less-than-favourable experience during our stay, but members of the Magno Apartments team reached out to me after I posted my initial review. They were very receptive to feedback & transparent about their use of (and ongoing adaptions!) AI. They fully refunded me for the stay, and were very consistent and clear in their communication throughout the refund process. As a guest, obviously, it would have been preferred to be met with this level of care and consideration during the stay itself. Still, they've been extremely proactive in trying to make amends & ensure we were taken care of after our stay, which we greatly appreciate! Unfortunately, the host did not send us check-in instructions in advance, and Magno (the property management company/host) was unreachable on the day of. It is my understanding that it is not standard for them (we received an automated WhatsApp message the evening before that implied we had already been sent the code). So getting into the apartment was a nightmare. We were stuck in the rain after a long travel day, talking to an AI guest services robot over WhatsApp. Once we finally got a code for the front gate, our apartment door wouldn't unlock. The doorknob itself or the deadbolt wasn't working properly. I sent some videos of what was happening via WhatsApp, and the AI chatbot told us to try more force, and unfortunately, I did hurt myself and cut my hand trying to turn the knob forcibly. Eventually, they connected us to a live person who helped immediately, unlocked the deadbolt remotely, and then our code worked. Once inside, while the apartment is brand new, they clearly hadn't given much thought to the guest experience. To my relief, there was a first aid kit in the bathroom, but it was empty except for a pair of tweezers. While the apartment was clean and had luxury features (a very modern, well-stocked kitchen, for example), we found it difficult to settle in or feel at home after our initial arrival.
• Nicola (1/5): Never cleaned despite included service. - Decor and location ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE Completely outraged by this deplorable treatment. Impossible to contact anyone responsible. 1. PRIVACY INVASION Rummaged through belongings, took a bag that wasn’t theirs. 2. NO CLEANING (INCLUDED when we booked) • Never cleaned despite included service. • Excuses, ignored permissions, then demanded €35 extra. • Dry leaves everywhere from decor vase, refused to vacuum. 3. BASIC SUPPLIES DENIED No toilet paper, towels, shampoo, vacuum, or extra blanket for baby despite repeated calls. 4. 6 DAYS NO BATHROOM LIGHT Daily complaints ignored completely. 5. UNLIVABLE CONDITIONS Freezing cold, strong mold smell, creaky stairs. Told them we had a small baby—still no effort. Abusive experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

• Ruiz (10/5): SIN DUDA REPETIRÍA SIEMPRE AQUÍ - Absolutamente todo, no le hacen justicia las fotos, es aún más bonito en persona si cabe, el servicio de atención al cliente es también muy bueno, mucha implicación en saber i estaba todo correcto y todo bien en todo momento y todo increíblemente limpio cuando entramos olía maravilloso. Muy buena ubicación y 0 ruidos.
• Enrico Cincinelli (9/5): - Spazioso con cucina di ultima generazione attrezzata con ogni elettrodomestico, due bagni disponibili ai due piani, uno con doccia l'altro con vasca. Ambiente climatizzato molto bene ed accogliente. Posizione ottima, ideale per ogni tipo di necessità. Da rivedere l'approvvigionamento dell'acqua calda che non è sufficiente se si è in piu persone. Tavoletta del water piano superiore da sistemare come del resto alcune accortezze che per una struttura di questo genere sarebbero da tenere in considerazione. Pulizia buona ma potrebbe migliorare. L'utilizzo della chat WhatsApp con IA deve essere a nostro parere assolutamente rivista e la comunicazione con lo staff della struttura deve migliorare per un servizio piu attento e preciso.
• Sarah Morrison (6/5): Overall a disappointing experience. - Location was great, very clean and comfortable. We had a number of issues during our recent stay stay which was a shame. We were given wrong code for entry into apartment which wasn't great after a 3am start, had to make an international call to get new code (which cost us £20 to make!!) We eventually got access to then find we had hardly any hot water...and this problem persisted during our 4 day stay..lucky if we got 10 mins total for 3 of us before it went cold, ok for summer months, not great in winter at all..was very frustrating trying to get resolved (we gave up trying!). Floor was very cold and duvets very thin - take slippers and layers for bed if going in winter, flat more designed for summer months. They were unable to provide extra bedding. No soundproofing downstairs - bed right next to street, got pretty noisy during the night. Overall our experience wasn't great, which was disappointing. Although a lovely flat, the practalities were poor.
• H Oomen (8/5): Erg prettig en voor herhaling vatbaar (wel oordopjes meenemen voor de zekerheid!) - Het is een prachtig appartement in een zeer rustige straat. Het was er schoon (dat is helaas niet altijd het geval in Spanje). Er waren voldoende handdoeken en materialen aanwezig. Keuken was goed uitgerust, shampoo aanwezig, voldoende toiletpapier etc. Prima Het appartement bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen en er zit een ingenieuze wenteltrap in de verdieping ingewerkt. Het is heel ruim en fris ingericht met prachtige kleuren en houten plafonds. Heel sfeervol. De gehorigheid. Gelukkig lagen de werkzaamheden aan de overzijde van de straat stil (?) en waren onze medehuurders naast ons erg rustige mensen want elk geluid dringt in het gebouw door alsof ze naast je bed staan te praten. Indien mensen op de patio zaten, was het alsof ze naast ons aan het praten waren. De niet in gebruik zijnde buitendeur in de slaapkamer laat alle geluiden binnen. Verluchting in de douche beneden is niet ideaal dus ik zou huurders zeker vragen om de ramen goed open te zetten na het douchen. Op het bed lag enkel een onderlaken, er ontbrak een molton/dikker onderlaken om het matras tegen zweet en vlekken te beschermen. Dat zou beter kunnen.

• Marcin (10/5): - Great location in lovely area close to riverside. We like walking but I guess that for majority of people who will stay there, main areas of Sevilla will be within the walking area. We didnt need to use buses or taxi to visit the city. Area is full of bars, restaurants and shops. Its on the backstreet though so you dont hear noises of the night. Flat has very nice design too. If I visit again Id love to stay there again. Tiny thing but maybe direct access to bedroom from the street would be nice: you need to climb up on stairs and then go down inside of the flat. Its just my idea not crucial thing though.

• Annemarie (10/5): Schönes Apartment, gute Lage - Super Lage, zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Tolles Apartment mit guter Ausstattung (inklusive Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Pürierstab, …). Öffentliche Parkplätze fußläufig vorhanden. Mehr persönlicher Kontakt wäre nett. Die automatisierten Mails nerven!
• June (9/5): Beautiful space. Great location! - Beautiful open plan duplex apartment - access through a pin-code gate that opens to a shared courtyard with other units. Entry up the stairs to the first floor into the spacious high ceiling living room, bathroom with shower, and kitchen... then a narrow spiral staircase downstairs to the ground floor bedroom with a toilet separated by half-height frosted glass saloon doors, plus a cool brick wall bath with shower tucked in the corner. Quiet even AC. Easily walkable to sights and located in a bustling area yet tucked away in a reasonably quiet alley. Flamenco lockers a 5-minute walk away to store luggage if needed. Staff responds fast on Whatsapp. Really nice stay overall - only enough hot water for one shower at a time so a couple would need to space their showers out as it takes over half an hour to heat up the water again. Gorgeous bath but the tub drains slowly even with the push-in stopper, making it impossible to fill for a bath especially because the hot water runs out. Can hear passersby occasionally but fairly quiet otherwise except for construction noise during the day starting around 7 am on weekdays and sometimes people sit and chat on the ground floor door step right outside the bedroom-should be more peaceful when the works taking place diagonally across the alley are done.
• Greber (7/5): Muy buena localización pero mal aislamiento acústico - Muy bien ubicado para ver la ciudad, estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por Sevilla El dormitorio está en la planta de abajo que da directamente a la calle e incluso hay una “puerta de salida” que da a la calle la cual está cerrada. Pero el aislamiento acústico es bastante malo, se escucha todo lo que sucede en la calle durante la noche y es difícil conciliar el sueño.
• Kaisha (10/5): - We had a lovely stay and the accommodation was perfect. The location was really convenient and made it easy to get around. The communication was really good too, I would recommend! It was a bit loud at night and could be a bit scary if you’re alone due to the two floors

• ANTONIO (9/5): bien - lo mejor fue la amplitud y lo comodo del alojamiento. No tiene posibilidad de parking. Lo mas cercano es el parking de la plaza Altozano (Mercado de Trinana) a 20 € el dia. Otra cosa que no me gustó fueron las escaleras de caracol, que para bajar y subir solo o con maletas es muy incomodo y peligroso.

We loved the apartment overall so I recommend it. 😊 - We loved the apartment, very nice decorated maintaining some traditional features from the original building. Loved the fact they left the house with the air conditioning on so that the apartment would be fresh for our arrival. Also had all the utilities were possible needed. The toilet lid from the bathroom downstairs was broken and also I would like to suggest adding a hanger for the hand towels downstairs. Another small suggestion would be a better isolation downstairs on the door that opens outside to the street to improve soundproofing (in the last 2 days we woke up at 7AM with very intense construction noise).
