- ולרי (10/5): - Гостиница новая, вся в живых цветах, уровень гостиницы очень высокий, персоналу отдельное спасибо все очень приветливые, всё работает чётко, номер большой, у нас был душ и вана, спорт зал с холодной водой в холодильнике и полотенца , меняются каждый 10, 15 минут, по всей зоне спа, бассейн , спорт зал, везде меняются и в свободном доступе, завтрак прикрасный, на выбор 5 видов завтрака от шефа+ шведский стол, гостиница находится на берегу моря, в шаговой доступности и рядом автобусная станция очень удобно, так как такси очень дорого! В коредоре на стене весят духи , очень качествкные, удобно освежится перед выходом... Систему сигнализации пожара, повесили прямо над кроватью, всю ночь моргает зелёный яркий свет, в комнате когда не работает кондиционер присуствывает прелый запах

Wasser am Zimmer wird jeden Tag nachgefüllt..Bademantel, Hausschlapfen und diverse Accessoires kostenlos am Zimmer. Minibar bei Ankunft gefüllt und kann kostenlos einmalig konsumiert werden. Wenn gewünscht Pagenservice. Paddletennisplatz, Lifeguard am Pool. Kleiner Supermarkt (24 Stunden geöffnet) direkt hinter dem Pool. Poolservice. Stark befahrene Straße hinter dem Hotel, die man allerdings nicht hört, wenn man am Pool liegt und Zimmer mit Meerblick hat, stört also nicht. Strand (grober Kies) in Laufweite.Macrons und Cocktail zur Begrüßung. Alles elektronisch (Vorhänge) zu bedienen, manchmal mit kleinen technischen Schwierigkeiten.

- Alexandros (10/5): Very Nice Boutique Hotel 🤩 - Amazing experience at this very clean boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, and both the dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast were excellent. The sea-view rooms offered spectacular views of the ocean. A lovely touch was the Tom Ford perfumes placed outside every room for guests to use anytime such a unique and luxurious detail. The only flaw was that the bathroom door didn’t close completely, so it didn’t feel fully private.

Очень понравились удобные лежаки у бассейна, сам бассейн и открытый, и крытый, а также сауна. Отель от китайского застройщика, это чувствуется. Местами ремонт сделан неаккуратно, следы затирки, неровно вырезанная плитка. Много технологий, но работает с багами, например, открываешь дверь, а вместо этого срабатывает звонок, в лифте зависла кнопка вызова и звонил 2 часа. Отель сделал мужчинами для мужчин. В душевой тропический душ , а съёмный установлен на уровне пупка, помыться не намочив голову сложно. Зеркало с макияжем вроде с подсветкой, но она светит формально. В номере много одноразовых принадлежностей: зубной, бритвенный наборы, расчёски, мочалки, лосьоны, но нет ни прокладок ни тампонов. Перегородка между комнатой и ванной стеклянная с рифленым стеклом и хорошо видно, что происходит в ванной и туалете

That's exactly what happens at the new and beautiful serbellas Boutique Hotel, a hotel where you can even smell the vacation through a variety of wonderful and familiar perfumes found everywhere in the hotel, alongside management and staff who know how to take care of all the little things perfectly, the sunsets in the pool, the exquisite cocktails at the bar, the meticulous breakfast, nothing is left to chance. We fell in love and will be back soon.

We enjoyed all the aspects of our stay, the room was comfortable and clean, the gym in the hotel is very good, the area is nice. The best part was the food - I do recommend to have dinner in Serbellas. Breakfasts were also delicious. Nothing to mention, the hotel hits the mark.

- Kuznetsova (6/5): В общем один раз стоит сюда приехать отдохнуть очень обрадовала кухня и персонал ❤️ Несмотря на значимые нюансы не хочет - Новый отель, чистый приятный, атмосферный отель. Комплимент в номере в виде десертов - очень приятно! Ужины и завтраки очень понравились❤️ На завтрак шведский стол + можно заказать из меню. На ужин очень большие порции будьте готовы к этому😉 Территория отеля очень маленькая, прогуляться особо негде. В спа бассейн и сауна находятся в разных зданиях и этажах - это максимально не удобно, переодеваться нужно в номерах. Матрасы очень мягкие мы до утра не могли уснуть и в 7:00 прозвучала сирена которая нас разбудила 😭

Wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Basen zewnętrzny powinien być podgrzewany,siłownia powinna wydłużyć godziny otwarcia.

Το φαγητό και τα ροφήματα άψογα. Άνετο και καθαρό γυμναστήριο, με πετσέτες και νερό. Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια, πολύ άνετα. Δίνουν έμφαση στη πιο μικρή λεπτομέρεια. Μπράβο!
