• Nikoslaos (9/5): O cazare mediocra intr-o locatie de top. - Amplasarea foarte buna in zona centrala a Barcelonei,in imediata apropiere a multor obiective importante. Cladirea neingrijita in care se afla cazarea,accesul catre apartamentul situat la etajul 3 se face pe o scara ingusta si insalubra(miros puternic de mucegai si igrasie amestecat cu miros de mancaruri,pereti scorojiti cu tencuiala cazuta etc).
• Maria (3/5): Un appartamento Pagato più di quello che c’era nella piazza ma con Una spiacevole sorpresa. - Solo la posizione rispetto alla rambla. Solo due giorni prima mi viene detto che non c’è un ascensore e l’appartamento si trova a 3 piano . La scala è stretta e i gradini alti. Appena arrivati l’appartamento non è pulito ma appena riordinato. Si parla di un terrazzo ma per affacciarsi c’è solo un davanzale . Non è l’appartamento che si vede in foto. Questa è stata una spiacevole sorpresa. Mai più , non lo consiglio. Però la posizione era strategica. Solo questo.

• María Teresa (7/5): - La casa estaba bien, ubicación buena y cómoda y las chicas q nos atendieron, tanto personalmente como por teléfono, geniales. Solucionaron nuestras dudas y nos ayudaron Tercer piso sin ascensor aunque eso ya lo sabíamos , el ruido de las dos.camas dobles y que una de las duchas, la que está en el salón, da un poco de calambre pero en definitiva recomendable

L'équipement machine à laver, étendoir,serviettes de toilette en quantité et draps propres. Le calme et la facilité. Le prix très correct Le manque de lumière dans les escaliers
• Marco e Francesca (5/5): Weekenda Barcellona - Betiana è stata molto gentile e disponibile nonostante il nostro ritardo. La vicinanza alla Rambla e i servizi che si trovano appena esci dal palazzo. Le foto non corrispondevano alla casa che abbiamo scelto e già questa cosa non mi piace. L’appartamento e il palazzo hanno bisogno di una ristrutturazione fatta bene, sopratutto le scale che sono decadenti e puzzolenti e senza luci. La pulizia va assolutamente migliorata, soprattutto il bagno. Consiglio ai proprietari o gestori di mettere la macchina della caffè a cialde e lo zucchero in bustine per una questione igienica.

The beds were also super comfy and a great shower (which is scarce in Europe) There are a lot of stairs so if you have a lot of bags, be prepared for a work out. Also after a long haul from South Africa, coffee and milk would have been ideal.
• O'Brien (7/5): Location makes this accommodation worth it! - Communication with the host was great and getting the keys was super easy as was checkout. The location of this place can't be beat. Walking distance to the Gothic Quarter, the beach, Las Ramblas, Mercat de la Boqueria, and other attractions. Grocery stores, bakeries, a pizza shop, and other restaurants are on the same street as the building. We found this super helpful as we often grabbed breakfast food for the next day, coming home from wherever we were that day. Getting up the flights of stairs to the unit had some challenges, but once my family made it up there, we were comfortable and cozy. We loved looking out the balcony window at the neighborhood. The beds were so squeaky that it kept waking us up during the night. Really frustrating. It was almost comical how loud the beds were. Although not funny that we had trouble sleeping through the night. The other issue was the drainage of the showers. Every time we took a shower, no matter how careful we were, the water wound up everywhere on the floor, making it super slippery when getting out. My daughter fell once in the bathroom. Thankfully, she wasn't hurt, but it was scary and dangerous.
• Rudi (8/5): - La posizione dell'alloggio, accoglienza ottima, tutti i confort. Il letto scomodissimo, troppo rumoroso. Ogni movimento si svegliava il bambino. La culla non aveva il materasso però era nuovissima aperta davanti a me.

• Shona (6/5): Great location, third floor would prevent me from rebooking as stairs a killer for my age! - The location was ideal, just off the La Ramblas. Lots of bakeries, bars, restaurants within a short distance. Heaters were provided for bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The three flights of stairs to tackle every day after a long day sightseeing were a killer. The apartment only had a microwave and hob for cooking, a toaster would have been nice and only two wine glasses for 4 wine drinking ladies. Luckily they had pint glasses! We also did not get the apartment that was in the photos. I personally would have liked to see another lock on the inside front door as added security.
• Mohamed (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour entres amis pour profiter des activités nocturnes de la ville. - Les trois chambres ainsi que les deux salles de bain, la position parfaite pour la visite de la ville. Les deux lits deux places pas très confortable, le manque d’équipement (machine à expresso)

• Kerstin (10/5): Grosse Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt und dennoch kein Touri-Hotspot. - Wir hatten nicht das Appartement auf den Bildern, trotzdem ein sehr schönes mit Blick in die Innenbereiche der Wohnhäuser, mitten in der Innenstadt und im katalanischen Alltag. Die Lage ist super, nah am Plaça de Catalunya und den Ramblas. Bester Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ein Zimmer hatte keine Fenster, die Küche war nicht so gut ausgestattet für 5-6 Personen.
• LUCAEnerpac (9/5): Intense experience, immersive environment. Very good stay. - In the center, just 50 m from Ramblas. As suggestions: I would suggest to put towels shower and face for each person. And a general one for hands. I would include more toilet paper in the bathroom: in vacation people dont go to market for it.
