• James (10/5): - Good value for money. Clean rooms. Nice location, close to Lakeside shopping centre, shops and train station. Nothing bad.
• S K (10/5): Clean, comfortable and welcoming - This was a great place to stay. My room was welcoming and had comfortable bed. The kitchen and bathroom were fresh and clean especially as it was a shared space. I was pleased to see the kitchen was well equipped and had space for my food in the fridge. The dining area was nice and airy with a nice dining table to use. Again I have to say how comfortable the bed was and I got a great sleep, thank you. The no outdoor shoe policy is wonderful as I totally agree with keeping outdoor germs outdoors. I used my indoor slippers and it was just how I like it. You will be seeing me again.

• Cosimo (1/5): HORROR MOVIE - Nothing. For your healty don't book this room. The house was very dirty and smell bad aswell, there was other people in the house, the kitchen was smell very bad and I don't want to speak about the fridge, the bathroom was a horror movie, no toilet paper and the shower was full of body hair and dirty, wet towel on the floor everywere and slippers of somebody. So, I checked out the next day and I ask for refound whit pictures but they said to me that I was a lier and I was alone in the house so I made all that dirt, and they didn't give me the refound. I attached the picture of the bathroom just for let you understand about how they keep the house (dirty)

• Ritchie David (3/5): Not for a long stay. - The bathroom was okay as was the kitchen. Nor really clean but okay The room had only a bed and a chest of drawers but no table or chairs, so nowhere to relax properly. The mattress on the bed was a king, but the bed frame was a double. I set of bedding and 1 towel for a two week stay. Poor

• Perez (10/5): - Our stay at the Oaks was truly worth, my friend and I booked for 2 weeks and enjoyed the peace around the area, food prices are very cheap compared to London. The house is bright and clean, there is a garden where we ve got good times and eat, mates around are friendly and real estate agents are available and friendly, the train station is just a walk away and there are taxi available all day long at the station which helped us with luggages, also there are cleaners working around during our stay.

• David (4/5): Never again… I would rather sleep in my car - Proximity to work location and that’s it Where do I start… the description of the quality of the property was total fiction… if recently refurbished means throwing another coat of white paint on cracked and stained walls ceilings skirting and doors a few years ago, then that’s as true as it gets That and my first of three nights sleep started with getting my head down and smelling someone else’s sweaty head on the pillow… gross Kitchen cupboards full of old food products Bathroom not nice, toilet seat detached, shower was scummy Paid extra for parking at the rear… but getting to it was a vehicular assault course Couldn’t wait to get out of there I’ve got videos… these aren’t just opinions
