Julia (9/5): Super schöne Woche in New York mit toller Unterkunft! - Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber. Uns hat alles gefallen. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist dass keine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe ist. Die naheste Station ist 50 Street, dahin geht man 15 Minuten… aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts!

Rosanna (10/5): Would definitely go there again - Excellent location, near restaurants and pubs and a very good rooftop with great views of the city. Staff was friendly and polite and the rooms were very big and clean. I loved the view from my room. Everything was great.
Valentina (5/5): Cold and terrible service - The hotel rooms were quite big and location was good. The service of the hotel was an absolute joke. We were staying 7 nights and the 2nd night I raised to the stuff that I was feeling cold and if they could please leave us some blankets. They said fine. Next day no blankets, again I said the same, they noted the room number and nothing. Third time I came down on the 3rd day saying that I was gonna be there for 7 nights and I wouldn’t be paying a 4* hotel to be cold and they told me they have no blankets. The lady was so rude that she was ignoring me and the other colleague told me to go and buy one myself. Never seen such a bad treatment, also they had 3 days to fix the issue. On top of that 2 days there were no hand towels we called and they said they will bring them and never came. In addition in the 7 days the shower gel bottle within the shower was all the time empty. Worse service ever.

The only thing - I expected the view to be better. It would be great if the picture of the view from the window on a booking page would match the real one.

Personale cordiale e disponibile, vista mozzafiato dal bar sul rooftop, si vede tutta manhattan, di notte è veramente bello. doccia spaziosa con doccia orizzontale e verticale, c'è anche la vasca da bagno. Il ribinetto del bagno perdeva, abbiamo chiesto diverse volte di sistemarlo ma il problema è rimasto fino alla fine del soggiorno. il materasso del divano letto era troppo sottile e molto scomodo.

The breakfast was also enjoyable and friendliness of staff was very good. Cleaning service did not replace towels, toilet rolls, room was very clean but lacked common sense in making sure the room was ready for guests. Sofa bed not made up for our daughter, was made for sleep after we told them. Toilet flooded was dealt with quickly by maintenence that told us to use our towels to mop the floor and room service would feliver new towels, they didnt come had to ring for more towels. Three guests only two towels. Staff are very friendly and helkpful no problem with the people but seems to lack an overall controller

Frederique (10/5): - L hotel est magnifique a côté de tout C est vraiment un très bel hotel et la vue est incroyable La propreté est correcte il ne faut pas regarder dans le détail la tête de lit était tachée les meubles avec une garniture en " simili cuir" abîmée et tachée les stores sales de poussières mais cela n enleve rien a la vue et confort de cet hotel ca reste des détails De plus le personnel est très sympathiques

La amplitud de la habitación, era una suite. las vistas No me gustó nada, que el sofá cama era muy incómodo, fatal. Era una suite, sino está pensado para alojar a 4 personas, que no den esa opciòn y sino que pongan una cama en condiciones y otra cosa que me pareció fatal, es que todas las mañanas teníamos operarios de mantenimiento colgados en la ventana, lo que no te dejaba nada de privacidad, Lo normal es avisar en el momento que haces la reserva para poder cancelar. El grifo de la ducha tampoco es nada práctico, se salía todo el agua y la moqueta daba grima.

Bernd (3/5): - Mehrere Geräte gingen nicht. Es wurde gesagt, dass Jemand sich darum kümmert, es ist aber niemand aufgetaucht. Wir waren zu dritt, hatten nur ein Handtuch auf dem Zimmer. Nach Reklamation haben wir zwei weitere bekommen, am nächsten Tag nach der Reinigung gab es wieder nur zwei. Hier kümmert sich wirklich niemand. Für 400 Euro/Nacht ohne Frühstück enttäuschend.

Sebastien (4/5): Sans le bruit des travaux constant ce serait bien. - L’hôtel est près du ferry et assez central. Le rooftop est un plus. Les travaux dans l’hôtel ont gâché notre séjour avec des bruits de perçage dès 8h30 tous les matins jusqu’à 11h00 sans qu’on soit mis au courant en amont de la réservation (une feuille est laissée dans la chambre pour s’excuser de la gêne occasionné mais c’est déja trop tard…)
Joseph (8/5): Comfortable, but improvements needed. - Location and staff are great. A lot of the outlets in the room did not work and were very loose. Super noisy during the day due to construction on the building. 11th is very noisy in n the weekends from cars racing on the street until 4am, people yelling after leaving the clubs, and of course sirens. Drivers always honking their horns. If you have a room facing 11th be prepared.

Hailee (10/5): A peaceful, luxurious stay that exceeded every expectation. - We chose the location because it’s more “out of the way” since it’s closer to the river. It feels less busy and more comfortable and low key. We loved the area, we enjoyed the HUGE room size, and the lighting options in room. We were so happy to be offered dog bowls for our pup, happy to have dog friendly services. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially knowing that it was our anniversary. We will be back in Feb for b day! Everything was close to perfect! I’d say if I had to choose something, it would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, or option to make tea in the room. Especially given that it’s a suite. But this wasn’t an inconvenience because I do love the coffee shops nearby
