• therese (9/5): - The area is fantastic, in the middle of nîmes centre, but very quiet and close to everything. The apt. had all we needed. The owner was very nice and helpful. We encountered a small problem and it was taken care of the next day. We love to come back! Alles was fine!
• Sally (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Nimes - Really lovely apartment, bigger than expected. Comfortable and well equipped, really comfy bed. Over looking the square and great position in centre of Nimes. You must try the Empamadas in the square. On the second floor but good stairs up. Good security for entering building. Would definitely return. Only unpleasant thing was the smell in the hall and stairway but not in the apartment. Dont know what can be done about this.

• Valerie (10/5): Superb flat in lovely location. - Spacious, comfy, all amenities, central location on a lovely leafy quiet square with trickling fountain. Facilities suit a long stay. Easy to cook a meal (large fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, hob, kettle, pots, pans, utensils etc). Washing machine and dishwasher. A shower over a bath. Nice to have the option of a bath. A sunny flat but with blackout curtains to keep out heat, and ceiling fans. Minor things: No shutters due to being in a conservation area. No non-slip mat for the shower over the bath.

• Atul (9/5): Tranquil charm in the heart of Nîmes - A charming apartment, the living and sleeping areas having been recently refurbished. The apartment is spacious and very calm in the heart of the old town of Nimes. The tranquility is such that it's hard to believe that you are in the heart of a city. An apartment with a beautiful ambience and charm. Very accessable to transport, restaurants, shops and for the attractions of Nimes and the region. The kitchen was very well equipped. I was hesitant about the 2nd floor location when booking but the staircase was a good width with well spaced steps and a good handrail. The bathroom is, I understand, next on the refurbishment list but it was clean, functional and served it's purpose.

Specially loved the young accordionist playing for the diners on Friday night. Some problems getting in as landlord's name not clearly marked, but quickly sorted. Never did get the WiFi details.
• William (10/5): A good place to stay in a fantastic city! - This is a pleasant apartment with good facilities situated just off a leafy square in the city centre. Communication beforehand, by Rafael, was excellent. We were met at check-in and after our stay to hand over the keys (thank you to Sugly). There was plenty of space, even with the sofa bed in use there was room to move about. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The washing machine was reliable and the drying racks useful. All in all, it was a great base for our trip to the region. The security gate on the ground floor wasn't always locked.
• Rachel (8/5): Great location and overall good value for money. - The location is really good. Apart from when arriving we walked every where. The train and bus station are within 12 minutes walk. There are 4 restaurants within 1 minutes and access to the centre is 10 minutes walk away. The amenities were as described. Communication with the host was good before and whilst we were there. Just a couple of small things- they really need a bath mat for the bathroom and also a mat for in the bath. No info about bins etc. New pillows would be a great addition, the ones provided were more like cushions. Things are a little tired, but clean, and it was great value.

• Heikki (9/5): Good value basic apartment in nice location - Good value basic apartment. Very nice location next to a small plaza in the centre but away from the noise. Everything worked well enough. Plenty of cutlery etc. for cooking and eating in. Quite a bare apartment, nothing extra or luxurious. Not spotlessly clean or perfectly maintained, with exposed wiring that could be dangerous to kids. Staff a little late, had to wait around to check in.

• Lavinia (10/5): Great value, Great Location. - Amazing location. We could walk to everywhere. On a beautiful square, close to restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed, bed was comfortable, WiFi was good and water hot. There are stairs to get up to it so be aware of this. We are in our 70’s, traveling for 3 months so our luggage is quite heavy but we managed fine. The building is very secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you. Less than 5 minutes from the brilliant covered market and 10 minutes from all the other attractions. Irecommend eating at the South African restaurant in the square next to the apartment. (Not just South African cuisine). Nothing.

• Maud (9/5): Clean and comfortable studio in the heart of Nîmes - Comfortable studio with a nice view right in the center of Nîmes. The studio was clean and had everything we needed to stay a couple of days. There are small supermarkets less than 2 min from the studio and we are 10 min from the train station. The host made us feel welcome and was very fast to reply to any questions we had. We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Nîmes!

The large Apartment was Comfortable, Very Clean and very well equipped. Our host Rafael, and Sugley, who met us at the apartment, were always helpful and supportive throughout booking and during our stay, communication was excellent - thanks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved Nimes - beautiful and vibrant city, compact but packed with great sights / places of interest, eating places and pleasant and helpful people everywhere we went. We loved it. Nothing - all good - we are happy to recommend.
• Laura (7/5): Good - Great location in the old town with windows facing to a lovely square with several restaurants which close early enough to do not have any noise troubles during the night. the apartment is very well furnished and has a very comfortable bed. Only minus is that AC cannot be installed since the building is old and therefore there is an AC machine with a hose that goes out through the window, which needs to remain open while the machine is on... I wouldn't choose it during a heat wave. For all other occasions, it is perfect!
