• Nonso (8/5): Perfect Location at Sea Point. - The location is great. You have access to everything at Sea Point. It's easy to get Taxis from there to move around Cape Town. The accommodation was clean with the amenities I needed for my stay except a washing machine. The bed was really comfortable. I enjoyed the view from my balcony. The accomodation was small. Really small. It was smaller than I expected, but they seem to have made a good use of the space. It's best for only one person. Don't expect to cook. You may not be comfortable doing so. I had no washing machine either, but there is paid laundry space on floor 1.

• Xuyang (9/5): - The staff are warm and friendly. You have almost everything you need in the room. Facilities are new. Great view from the balcony. The Sea Point neighborhood is vivid and basically very safe. Sometimes towels are not very clean.

• Lisa (10/5): Wir würden hier immer wieder herkommen. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super! - Die Wohnung war super! Wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Tafelberg und die Stadt. Sehr schöne Inneneinrichtung und alles sehr sauber. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selten so erlebt. Die einzigen Punkte die man bemängeln könnte wären der leider wirklich sehr dreckige Boden. Mit Socken konnte man nicht laufen, die waren direkt schwarz. Und es war ziemlich hellhörig, was uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat.

The staff are super friendly. The location is great, close to town. I also felt safe. Basement parking and drive through area is narrow, and there were rats in the basement in the early hours of the morning.

Unten am Empfang alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit für alle Fragen. Bei Apt an der Seite Bellevue Road ist es etwas leiser als zur viel befahrenen Main Road, wenn man offenes Fenster liebt. Und schöner Ausblick zum Lions Head. WLAN ist sehr gut. In der Nähe Shop für Lebensmittel an der Tanke und grosser Checkers für Essen und Geldautomaten. Ansonsten auf Main Road viele Restaurants.

• Luisa (10/5): Super Unterkunft - Das Personal ist super lieb und freundlich. Sie haben uns immer herzlich begrüßt und schnell auf Whatts App Anfragen geantwortet. Die Lage ist super und mit der Tiefgarage und der Security haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Vieles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen und für ein paar Euro kommt man mit einem Uber zu den üblichen Gegenden. Das Apartment war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht (Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl, Handtücher, Föhn, Bügeleisen, Duschgel). Jeden zweiten Tag gibt es eine kleine Reinigung. Wir würden hier auf jedenfall wieder übernachten. Wenn man sehr geräuschempfindlich ist würde ich raten Ohrenstöpsel mitzubringen weil man die Möwen auch mit geschlossener Balkontür hören kann. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

De locatie was perfect aan de Main Road, de faciliteiten waren top en het personeel was super vriendelijk. Wij zouden hier zeker terug komen! De slaapkamer was wat klein en met name het bed was wat aan de korte kant voor wat langere mensen.

• Aniceto (4/5): We had a better stay last year. This stay was disappointing. - Fantastic location and very friendly and attentive staff, especially their prompt response to reported issues. Also, the size of the units fit our purposes very well. We found bedbugs which caused a severe allergy reaction to my wife. Also, the carpet and the couch in that unit was not clean. All these issues were reported and as a result we were moved into another unit.

• Markus K. (8/5): Tolles Appartement in toller Lage mit Housekeeping mit Optimierungspotential - Wir hatten das Standard Apartment mit 30m2 gebucht. Dies war vollkommen ausreichend. Im Apartment selbst war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, obwohl diese bei Booking.com in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwähnt war. Die Lage in Sea Point ist einfach perfekt. Alles ist sehr gut zu erreichen und abends hat man einen tollen Sonnenuntergang. Einfacher Whatsapp Chat Service mit dem Personal. Leider gab es während der Reinigung (erfolgt alle 2 Tage) immer Probleme mit den Handtüchern für uns beide. 1x wurde und nur ein Dusch-Handtuch hinterlassen, wir konnten dann am nächsten Tag ein weiteres bekommen. Bei der nächsten Reinigung wurden gar keine Handtücher getauscht. Bei der 3. Reinigung wurde dann wieder nur ein Dusch-Handtuch hinterlassen und man konnte um 20 Uhr auch keines mehr erhalten, da die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist. Der in der Lobby sitzende Security Mitarbeiter konnte leider auch keines finden. Über Whatsapp hatte ich den Concierge Service kontaktiert, der mir für den nächsten Tag ein Handtuch zugesichert hat, welches dann aber auch nicht kam. Ich war dann auch etwas genervt und wollte nicht nochmals fragen. Basics wie Handtücher müssen funktionieren. Was mir gar nicht gefällt im Nachgang ist die schon fast penetrante Erinnerung den Aufenthalt doch bitte zu bewerten. Auch gab das Rezeptionspersonal beim Check-Out ein Zettel mit den beiden Namen der Mitarbeiter in die Hand um in der Bewertung dann namentlich erwähnt zu werden. Das empfinde ich als unpassend und sollte jedem Gast doch selbst überlassen werden.
• Katja (10/5): Sehr schönes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, 5 min fußweg zur Prommenade - Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal sehr schöner Blick auf den Lionshead. Vom Dach kann man sehr schön den Sonnenuntergang schauen Zimmer etwas klein, aber trotzdem ausreichend. 🙈

• Hans-Joachim (9/5): - Das Appartment war gemütlich und sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist einfach top. Mitten in Sea Point und einen Block entfernt vom Wasser und der Promenade. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr sicher. Shops, Cafes und Restaurant gleich um die Ecke. Zentral zu allen sites (kurze Uber Fahrten). Der Empfang von Julio und Abongile war super nett, aufmerksam und hilfreich. Ich habe mich jederzeit willkommen und betreut gefühlt. Danke dafür, you are great. Für mich alleine war das Apartment super. Auch der kleine Balkon prima. Für 2 Personen hätte ich mir ein etwas größeres Bett gewünscht und etwas mehr Platz im Appartent.

Le personnel est exceptionnel!! Le seul petit point négatif est que les chambres orientées côté route principale ne sont pas très bien isolées. Je recommande d'apporter des bouchons d'oreilles.

Wonderful staff at reception but the false room advertisement is sadly the reason we wouldn’t stay at the property again - more customers will suffer from this major problem in the future.

• Susan (4/5): Poor. - Location was okay. We didn’t get the unit advertised on the Booking site. It was really not clean. Couch is old and dirty as well as the carpet in the living room. The building stinks and rats are roaming around in the parking lot. We battled every time to get in and out of the parking. We paid R150 per night. The last night we actually parked on the street. The bed was uncomfortable. Every time my husband turned I was awake because the whole bed was shaking. The floors too were not properly cleaned. You could see the cleaners mop but without changing the water. Floors are dull. The basin and the dishcloth in the kitchen stank and one of the plugs was stuck. Not the best apartment. We stayed in an apartment in De Waterkant before and it was lovely. We won’t stay here again.

В ванной комнате тесновато, балкона практически нет, негде сушить полотенце и одежду. Отсутствие стиральной машины.

• Anton (9/5): Perfect hotel if you travel on a budget - The room was clean and had everything you need. Good location and a fair price. Reception staff were nice and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the noice of banging doors when the cleaning ladies were on duty. They disturbed our sleep a couple of times even tho we had the sign on the door.

• Carol-Andrea (7/5): - Schönes Apartment mit allem was man braucht. In der direkten Umgebung ist alles, was man braucht. Wir hatten eine Apartment zur Straße hin und es war wirklich außergewöhnlich laut. Die Fenster haben kaum Lärm abgehalten. Das Bett war auch ziemlich weich.

• Laura (10/5): Localização perfeita e muito funcional - Localização perfeita e o apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos. O primeiro banho saiu somente umas gotas de água do chuveiro e geladas. Meu marido limpou o chuveiro e após a limpeza a água voltou a ter um fluxo bom.

Damit hab ich mich nicht mehr so sicher gefühlt und es war ein großer Schreck. Außerdem muss ich leider sagen dass die Matratzen super unbequem waren, und dass obwohl ich nicht super viel wiege.
