Das Grundstück ist in einem miserablen Zustand, Baumaterial liegt offen im Eingangsbereich nebenan und auf dem Grundsttück, in der Küche tropft es rein. Der Balkon ist primitiv zusammengezimmert und unsicher, kein Blickfang zu Nachbarn ...
