• Gabi Milski (9/5): Sehr schönes Apartment - Sehr schönes Apartment mit neuer moderner Ausstattung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Es gibt extra Badetücher für den Strand. Zentrale Lage, die Altstadt und der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im Treppenhaus unterhalb des Treppenaufgangs abstellen. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Der Lärm von der viel befahrenen Straße, die direkt am Apartment vorbeiführt.

• Lea Elena (9/5): Nice place to spent some days in split ! - It was super clean, nice looking and easy to reach while walking, the bed was comfortable, nice atmosphere, very friendly host - good communication. The check out time was at 10 h, a little bit early and the staff was already waiting in front of the door while we were leaving. The property didn’t have a hair dryer.

• Claire (9/5): Smart accommodation, but on main road. - The apartment is clean, of a great standard, good soundproofing and there is maid service included if needed. This is sea view and has a balcony however you are on the main road coming out of Split, therefore it is very noisy if you have the windows open/sit outside to take the view in.

Modernité tout en conservant le cachet de l’ancien. La localisation géographique est très intéressante, 13min à pied de l’ultra-centre de Split et également très proche des plages (quelques minutes à pied). Emplacement géographique très intéressant, mais également assez bruyante… Nombreux cris entendus dans la rue pendant la soirée, et beaucoup de circulation qui rendent les fenêtre compliquée à ouvrir. L’insonorisation intérieure également manque légèrement, nous avons été réveillé par le bruit d’autres client sortant de leur chambre et claquant leur porte..

• Qingli (10/5): 想多住几天 - 房间整体感觉就是舒服，有衣柜衣架，有冰箱矿泉水，有热水器，有沙发有阳台，开门有景色，关门有安静。床很舒服，各种洗漱用具准备齐全。地理位置很好，距离大巴车站步行几分钟，港口码头火车站都方便。距离景点也近。房东的指引也很精确到位，找住处一点不费劲。物超所值。

• Shaman (9/5): Almost a perfect place to stay in Split. Close to all the attractions but in a quiet location. - Beautifully renovated room very close to the bus terminal and the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was full size. So much fragrance was nauseating. The hallway smelled of chemical fragrance, the room smell was overbearing and the bed linen also smelled way too much. Most properties these days put fragrance sticks and laundry detergent Is fragranced but I prefer no fragrance.

• Renata (10/5): - Boravak u Splitu bio je još bolji zahvaljujući Aniti. Iako se nismo vidjele uživo, kroz telefonski razgovor se odmah osjeti koliko joj je stalo do gostiju. Vrlo je draga i spremna pomoći u svakom trenutku. Smještaj je za čistu desetku, moderno uređen i jako udoban. Vraćam se sigurno!

The online portal was loaded with super helpful information about split and food recommendations which made everything so easy. Would 100% stay here again!

• simrute (10/5): FANTASTIC appartment and host! - The property is beautifully decorated, modern and clean. The host is FANTASTIC!!!! She was ALWAYS available for any questions and extremely helpful. We were in Croatia for my nephews first birthday and she left some lovely gifts for my two nephews which was so nice and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s secure with a main front door which leads to the 4 apartments which then have another key code to the apartment. The location is perfect with a less than 10 minute walk to old town. The price of the apartment is so reasonable (I found everywhere else in split to be over priced). Would definitely recommend and if I’m ever in split again this is for sure the place I’d be staying! Thank you Anita for all your help throughout our stay! Nothing it was perfect!

Our host, Anita, was very helpful and arranged an early check in for us. The room was exceptional, very clean and modern with keyless entry. The room was more like upmarket hotel than apartment, a perfect place to relax after a hectic day sightseeing. Certainly worth seeking this place out. Nothing.

• Danielle (10/5): Best stay and great location in Split - The room is excellent in all details, the breakfast delicious, you must get the pistachio croissant, but anything you get it is amazing, I work as a host and honestly I was for the first time very impressed with the high quality in every detail, from the mini fridge full with drinks to the bedding and towels. I couldn’t recommend more this place, walking distance from every good spot in Split, we loved and definitely will come back. Not under control of the owner but the neighbors entrance has a dog that needs to shower, their patio is not a good welcome, but it didn’t affect our stay at all, and I don’t think should be considered but was the only thing I could say about the place.

The communications from the host were friendly and very helpful. Incredibly useful at helping to navigate my time here in Split with advice for where to eat, what to do and other smaller tips to maximise my enjoyment of my time, creating an excellent and smooth experience for me.
