• Kylee (9/5): Calm location - Lots of extras like the foot massager, egg chair, sauna. Nice bathrooms. The bedrooms with two beds were very tight for our group of 10. As there wasn’t much room to move around comfortably. Also, based on the name, I expected the location to be right at the front of Universal, which is why I chose it, but it ended up being farther away than we anticipated.

• HIROKI (7/5): - 設備が、整っていてとても良かった！ サウナにジャグジー、広いリビング　間接照明も良い 寝室　ダブルベット2つ✕3部屋　 広々で良かった！　 急階段なので、足が悪い方は避けたほうが良さそう 浴室の清掃ができてない。一番気になるところ。 シャワー下の排水が詰まってるのか、流れが悪く その影響だろうか、排水周辺のタイルが グレーなので汚れが分かりづらいが 赤カビのような汚れが目立つ。浴室のガラスドアの レール回りも汚れが酷い。風呂場は素足で入るので 清潔にしてほしい。 洗面のお湯の量が出ないところがある。 二階の洗面台のハンドソープは泡がでない。 アルコール？水？で薄められている感じ。 チェックインは難しい。 一度写真登録しても2回も写真を求めてくる。 諦めた。 設備がいいので、もったいないです。

• Adam (9/5): Beautiful home, amazing bathing facilities, and the free parking was a huge bonus. - The bathing room was like having a mini private onsen in the house—very nice after a long day at Universal Studios! Everything felt new and updated and was in good working order. The mattresses weren’t the comfiest (but we are American and haven’t adjusted to the firmer beds in Japan yet).

• Rojas (5/5): - Easy access to the property with a code. Very nice modern facility. Spacious! Good access to appliances and TVs in every room. Great balcony. The maintenance has to be address before customers come in. There were issues with our heater and shower drainages that WE/I had to deal with - check the drainage, clean it, take of the dirty mesh that covered it - not something we have to be dealing when we are on vacation.

• INHYUK (9/5): - ㄹㅇ 크고 시설 좋고 설명서도 잘 되어있어서 일본어 잘 못하는 사람도 편하게 이용가능. 그렇게 멀지 않은거리에 세븐일레븐과 로손이 있어서 왠만한 일본 편의점 음식은 다 즐길 수 있음. 유니버셜은 걸어가는 것 보다는 사쿠라지마역에서 한 정거장 다음인 유니버셜 시티에서 내리는게 편함. 숙소는 크고 더블침대가 6개 있어서 다수도 수용가능. 친구들끼리 놀러오면 좋을 듯. 티비도 방마다 있고 2층 거실 공간에도 큰 티비 있어서 친구들끼리 놀기도 좋았음. 전반적으로 다 만족. 난바역 근처 도톤보리 쪽에서 놀려면 시간이 좀 걸림. 근데 그걸 상쇄할 정도의 시설이긴함. 강추
• TAKESHI (9/5): 素敵な宿泊先でした。 - 部屋も広く、三家族で余裕で利用できました。 みんな、綺麗でベッドも全部ダブルサイズで 高評価でした。 今回はユニバに行く目的で前日から泊まり、2泊しました。 ユニバも、近くとても良かったです。 乾燥の季節だったので加湿器があると良かったです。 駐車場が狭かった。 2泊したので掃除機等があれば快適に過ごせたかなと思います。 あと2泊分のタオルが用意されてたら とても助かりました。

• hui (8/5): - 离樱岛站步行几分钟，但是整栋别墅是分左边和右边两套的(我之前以为一整套是一起租住的😬)房间设备很新，装修很现代，设施非常齐全，比如可以做饭喝茶，汗蒸房，按摩浴缸，但是我们都没有用上。洗衣设备特别快而且干净。非常适合朋友家人多人一起旅行居住，大家可以一起聚餐聊天，很棒！
• TOMOKO (9/5): また泊まりたい！ - 新しいのでとても綺麗でした。 洗濯機と乾燥機が別々だったので、時間もかからず、旅行中の衣類の洗濯ができたので、とても助かりました。 リビングも広く快適でした。 お風呂も広くて、サウナもあり、とても良かったです！ 乾燥機の中の物を取り出すときに、当方背が低い為大変だったので、出来れば踏み台などあると助かります。 3泊したので、髪の毛などを掃除したかったので掃除機があると良かったです。 寝室でブラインドがない部屋があったので、朝眩しかったので、なんとかしてもらえると助かります。 キッチンのゴミなどが出たので、ごみのネットがあると良かったです。
