- Ioana (8/5): - Everything looks just like in the pictures! The villas are new and comfortable. The pool is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. The staff is nice, they clean the villa for free if you ask them to, but will not do it without being told (they mentioned it to us in the begging so everything was good). They were very fast responding every time we contacted them. We checked out later without additional fees (talked to them beforehand to make sure the unit was available). They have security at the complex entrance. The details are not flawless. They don’t have an iron, slippers, bath robes (basic things you get in a hotel/villa for this price). The location is ok if you plan to rent a scooter. We had a scooter so we had no problems with the location, but it is not walkable, nor close to the beach or a turistic area, so just pay attention to this. It’s not the vibe of a hotel or resort, just to set your expectations, but we felt very good during our stay :)

There were flies in the main toilet, and even after cleaning, they kept coming back. We were actually hesitant to use the toilet because of the number of flies. They also need to provide an umbrella outside for shade from the hot sun.

- Nathalie (1/5): My stay at Sky Star Ocean Villa in Uluwatu was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. From the moment - The villa is nice and the view, other than that we had so many issues AC doesn’t work in the living room, not enough towels, there’s a hole in the ceiling that doesn’t have automatic closing so you can’t sleep because the room will be full of light, they only came to clean once, the staff/ reception is super rude and had a very bad experience with them, there’s no washing machine, barely any cutlery and cups and tissues, no massage while it’s so many villas and they should have such services
