• Erik Hric (6/5): Smelly, humid, false advertisement. - Location within the city. The smell of the cleaning chemistry! It was awful, I couldn't sleep in it. I had to keep my windows open. It was lemon bitter smell, too intense... The floor inside the bedroom was like exterior sidewalk tiles or even worse! The photos and thumbnail od this property are false advertisement!!! Why would someone include 50 photos of a different room and just 1 of the actual one?!?!

• Sophie (4/5): - Great location Toilet and shower block is outside and does not lock, this is a privacy hazard. If it rains you are exposed to the elements every time you need the toilet. Shower is incredibly weak and flat gets very cold in bad weather, they could not provide a heater. It was not clean, there were several stains on the walls where dead mosquitos have been squashed. Sheets had stains too, i also found dark hairs everywhere (not mine). Very overpriced, only saving grace was the balcony.

• Floriana (1/5): Pessima esperienza! - La posizione Quinto piano senza ascensore. Bagno esterno separato dalla camera senza tettoia. Tre giorni di pioggia e vento col bagno impraticabile. Il condizionatore non ha mai funzionato . E’ venuto il tecnico ma non ha risolto nulla. Abbiamo sofferto il freddo. Bagno esterno non riscaldato privo di mensole o appendiabiti.

• Steve (5/5): Looked, on paper a lovely apartment , but in reality very disappointing. - The location was excellent. Although, not completely the fault of the accommodation, the stairwell was filthy. I don’t feel it’s made clear enough that the apartment was on the fifth floor, without any lift. Although a private bathroom , I can’t find anywhere where it mentions it being outside, across the lower roof terrace. The upper roof terrace looked in accessible with broken floor covering and steps that looked unsafe.
• Olena (8/5): Все добре - Розташування дуже зручне але ми не прочитали перед поїздкою про те що треба брати з собою адаптери до розеток в помешканні був лише один а нас троє Вхід в туалет Коли ми відкрили двері і побачили спочатку душ через який тобі треба пройти щоб потрапити до туалету Трохи дивне облаштування Також бойлер для гарячої води дуже маленький тому треба було чекати щоб він знову грівся після того як одна людина помиється

• Bezombes (8/5): Très agréale - j'ai pris mon petit déjeuner dans un coffee shop au coin de la rue. Le quartier est très agréable. De préciser dans la présentation en français qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

• Kathrin (8/5): Super ausgestattet; nahe dem Zentrum; alles da, was man braucht. - Man bekommt rechtzeitig eine Info, in der die Anleitung für den "Check-in" ist. (Registrierung, Reisepass hochladen, Foto). Kurz vor Anreise, erhält man den Zugangscode für den Schlüsselsafe. Ebenso sind in der Anleitung, die Hinweise für die elektronischen Geräte vermerkt (Warmwasserspeicher, Waschmaschine,...) Strom und Warmwasser war - zum Glück - aufgedreht. Waschmaschine habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Adapter für Steckdose war ebenfalls vorhanden. (hatte einen falschen mit) Apartment ist im oberen Geschoss (4. Stock oder 5. - je nachdem, wie man zählt :) ) - ohne Aufzug. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Shops, Supermarkt, Restaurants) sind ebenfalls im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten. Ich hatte Probleme mit der Eingangstür. Erst nach Anruf an den Vermieter, hab ich's irgendwie geschafft. vielleicht kann man das schon vorher bekanntgeben (man muss die Tür, zu sich ziehen, damit man den Schlüssel drehen kann) Ebenfalls sollte man angeben, wo genau sich die Mülltonnen befinden ;) Problem hatte ich auch mit dem Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Es war nicht zu öffnen bzw. nur mit viel Kraft - ich hab es dann lieber gelassen (bevor ich's dann wieder nicht schließen konnte) Anmerkung: Vielleicht kann man die riesige Decke im Schlafzimmer auf eine kleiner tauschen? war immer ein Kampf :)
• Jorge Silva (7/5): - Gostei da localização e o apartamento em si é cómodo. Ninguém avisou que o apartamento ficava no quarto andar, que para nós não foi impedimento mas para outras pessoas de mais idade pode ser. As escadas e o hall tinham fraca limpeza e a fechadura da porta de entrada um problema abrir. Tem de dar um jeitinho. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro e entramos domingo e só resolveram na quinta, pois deitava. A água toda fora pelo tubo. O ar condicionado da sala foi um problema pois não desligava mesmo mudando as pilhas do comando.
• Beat (5/5): Aussen fix und Innen nix - Es war sehr ruhig. Gut gelegen und man war zu Fuss sehr schnell überall. Allerdings im 4. Stock muss man gut zu Fuss sein. 81 Treppen hoch. Für uns noch kein Problem aber im Alter sicher. 3 Wochen die gleiche Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Auf den Fotos sieht es super aus wirkt aber sehr ungemütlich. Das Treppenhaus wird nie geputzt. In der Wohnung ist vieles defekt. Der Föhn, gewisse Steckdosen und ganz schlecht die Dusche. Das Wasser läuft nur dem Schlauch entlang und aus der Brause kommt praktisch nichts. Auch die Türschlösser sind Tricki zu bedienen. Am Haupteingang muss man die richtige Position finden um die Tür zu öffnen und bei der Wohnung ist es sehr streng. Zum Schluss ist es immer eine Ansichtssache, doch ich würde nicht mehr diese Wohnung buchen.
