Ich kann es wirklich jedem nur empfehlen!

• Lucrezia (8/5): Buon soggiorno, posizione eccellente - La struttura ha un ottima posizione. L’appartamento molto accogliente, super fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto apprezzati anche gli accorgimenti come frutta, latte, cornetti e il necessario in bagno lasciati dal host. Comunicazione efficace per ricevere tutte le informazioni per l’ingresso e per l’uscita. Rispetto alla media di Londra un buon livello di pulizia, almeno internamente. Si nota la cura. L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano, per arrivarci c’è un scala stretta con un livello di pulizia molto scarso. La posizione centrale include anche un livello di rumore, a tutte le ore, alto e l’appartamento è poco insonorizzato, inoltre ha dei vecchi infissi da cui entrano degli spifferi d’aria. Pulito l’appartamento ma ci sono dei punti “nascosti” da rivedere, come per esempio dietro la lavatrice (mi erano cascate delle cose e per riprenderle ho dovuto spostarla) e la griglia d’aria sopra la doccia.
• Ruby Ann (5/5): Its okay - place is nice and clean and near to everything its noisy coming from outside. The fire alarm went off and no one coming to fix it. and it went on for more than an hour. We call fire brigade because no staff availble to contact.
• Baird (10/5): - Beautifully decorated flat, clean, tidy, and uncluttered. Excellent Central London location, in Chinatown, near a tube station. Many theatres and great places to eat within easy walking distance. Lovely welcoming touches of croissants, milk, fruit, and fortune cookies. Great communication, including photographs to show which keys to use in which doors. The flat and area felt very safe. These things were not an issue for me but people should be aware the flat is on the 2nd floor, no lift. The area can be noisy, including late at night and early morning, but that is the trade off for central location. Like I say, I didn't mind these factors, but others might.

• Chiara (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro, che permette di raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Spazi in casa sufficientemente ampi per due persone. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Le scale che conducono all'appartamento, situato su un café in piena Chinatown, sono in pessime condizioni, sporche, non rendono piacevole l'ingresso in casa. La pulizia dell'appartamento è migliorabile, c'era polvere sui mobili e alcune stoviglie non erano perfettamente pulite. In bagno il getto della doccia è troppo debole. Inoltre, se si è sensibili a forti odori, può non essere indicato il soggiorno in quella zona perché dal mattino alla sera aprendo le finestre entrano in casa odori di cucina dei locali circostanti. Considerando il prezzo per notte, sicuramente non economico, speravo di non avere questi problemi.

A bit noisy on Sat and Sun night. The stairs and hall in the communal area could do with a clean.

• Catherine (9/5): Fun location, great apartment, close to theaters, shopping, a variety of kinds of foods. - Pretty apartment decor, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom/shower also good. The location made it easy to take off and explore. Extremely clean. As expected, it can be noisy in Chinatown at night. It did quiet down later and we slept well. It may not suit light sleepers.

• Tansu (1/5): Full disappointment - Didnt like anything about the property isnt worth that money It was in an apartment up stairs of a cafe, on the 2nd floor. The stairs were so narrow which made it really hard to climb with luggages. The cafe's wc is right beneath the property, which means theres no way of keeping notice of Who enters and exits the property till the apartments door closed on 10 pm. when you get to the property's floor, there is a door, which's Keys you get upon arrival, after which you face the door to the apartment. Both Doors dont lock from the inside, meaning itd be really easy to kick them down if someone wanted to break in. Whenever me or my daughter heard someone climbing up the stairs,we felt frightened because the proper security measures werent taken by the owner to ensure our security, as the said security camera facing the outside doesnt have an alarm. We had to stay the first night, as we were way too tired from our travels and couldnt look for another hotel, but we left the property first thing next morning. The apartment wasnt clean at all, there were hairs and dust everywhere. Including some hair inside the shower! We had to clean the whole thing ourselves, only to realize we cant shower anyway because the water pressure was non existent! We couldnt even wet our hair! The smells accumilating from the cafe below and the restaurants surrounding were unbearable. As was the noise, as the apartment has no insulation. Isnt worth a single dime i spent. Such a disapointment. And as if these werent enough, the owner had the audacity to call us a liar! Unacceptable, I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone.

In th heart of Soho and China Town this is the perfect location to visit London. - The host... the host was just amazing! Nothing was too much and the welcome gift of buttery croissants was very much appreciated! - The décor - The room and apartment look exactly like in the photo. The bed is very confortable and the shower is nice, even is small. - Wifi - The wifi worked great, I managed to remote work with no issues. If the wifi doesn't work make sure you reboot the router. (It works like magic!) - The noise in the street was expected but could get a bit too much at times. Nothing else!

• Fiona (9/5): Few days exploring in London - Lovely apartment in good location to visit Shaftesbury theatre. Very good communication throughout and appreciated the milk and croissants when we arrived. Comfy bed and a fan had been left to cool the room which was a nice touch. The water flow was a little low in the shower and WiFi kept cutting out, this made any tv watching almost impossible. Luckily we weren’t there to watch tv!

It's not cheap, but is there a better value option? - We booked this apartment because of its location, as we knew we would have a very late night at Ronnie Scotts and didn't want to travel far at 2 in the morning. The outside of the building looks pretty normal, but the apartment is absolutely perfect in size and decoration and the fear of noise turned out to be unfounded. We were met at the door, communication was perfect, fresh fruit in the kitchen, milk in the fridge, six stars out of five. It's right in the centre of Chinatown, you fear it's going to be noisy and hectic, but it is surprisingly quiet (hey, it's not rural, but a perfectly acceptable level of noise).

• Sha (1/5): Extremely noisy stay - The room was organized with basic necessary tools. This is my first negative reviews on booking.com as a light sleeper in 8 years, since this stay was truly awful. The noise level was beyond anything I’ve experienced — loud party music, screaming and yelling from drunk people, street performers with heavy bass, and car engines revving would go on until around 2:30 AM every single night. Just when you think it’s over, music from shops starts up again by 8 AM, leaving no time for proper rest. The windows provided zero sound insulation, and it felt like the chaos of the street was right inside the room. If you're looking for even a basic level of peace and quiet, this is absolutely not the place. Had to check out 2 days earlier and gave up the rest of the reservation, and of course, no refund. Definitely not recommended for anyone who values sleep or has a busy schedule the next day.
• Estreana (10/5): A hidden gem in the heart of London Town. - Lovely little stay I spent the weekend alone in this charming apartment. Inside and out, it had all that I needed. As I arrived early the host kindly agreed to let me drop off my bags while they finished cleaning so I could enjoy the rest of the day. (I believe a self checkin is an option if you’re arriving late in the evening.) I was pleasantly surprised that they had left milk, fruit and even some croissants, which was a nice little extra! The area is very busy with so many activities, from restaurants, theatre, and the arts, all just within walking distance! A warning though, this comes at a small cost. If you’re a light sleeper please bring ear plugs as you’ll be right in the middle of Chinatown which is amazing however can be quite noisy. If you’re a lover of white sound they this place will be heaven for you! All in all an amazing weekend stay, I’ll definitely be back with the girls for a night out and some shopping! 10/10 Not a bad thing for me, put the apartment is on the second floor with no lift, so families with small babies using prams etc may need to be mindful.
• Danii (10/5): Nice and Cosy - A nice little cute flat, my husband and I stayed for two nights and loved it. It’s on the second floor just above the candy cafe which was a great pit stop from the stairs as I like bubble tea. During the day it was lovely having the large windows open but at night It can be quite noisy. I sleep with ear plugs anyway so it didn’t bother me that much and my husband slept right through. We had a lovely time and will be back again for our next visit into town as the host was very thoughtful, even leaving out fruits and croissants for us, nice gesture!

The apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish touches and equipped with excellent facilities that made everything feel effortless and comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better location—right in the heart of Chinatown and just steps from everything central London has to offer. I look forward to returning and staying here again!
