• Selina (4/5): Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit Mängeln beim Service und der Sauberkeit zu Beginn. Insgesamt für den Preis nicht ge - Die Villa war grundsätzlich wie auf den Bildern dargestellt – modern eingerichtet und mit einer Klimaanlage sowie einem Fernseher sowohl oben als auch unten ausgestattet, was sehr angenehm war. Es gab zu Beginn einige Schwierigkeiten: Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-in nicht abstellen und mussten daher bis 15 Uhr warten. Nach der Abholung mussten wir dann noch etwa 30 Minuten auf dem Bett warten, während der Rest der Villa geputzt wurde. Das WLAN funktionierte zunächst nicht und wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen am nächsten Tag repariert. Schnelles Internet wie in der Beschreibung hatten wir dennoch nicht. Außerdem wurde statt täglich nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt – während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts letztlich nur einmal, da das Housekeeping beim zweiten Mal erst abends kam, was uns zu spät war. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und anfangs schwer zu finden, dafür aber ruhig. Zu beachten ist, dass das Badezimmer offen gestaltet ist – bei Regen wird es daher teilweise nass, sodass der Regen sogar aus dem Deckenlicht getropft ist.
• Hoana (9/5): Friendly and hospitable service. Lovely and quiet location. - Our villa was quiet and secluded. Ideal place to wind down in. The location address was hard to find for some drivers. Also there was a water leak in the wall after the heavy rain. The aircon light was very bright at night. The lockpad did not work on day 4.

• Barry (9/5): Beautiful, new, clean villa - Beautiful, clean villa with a good-sized swimming pool. The bed was comfy and the garden was lush and tropical. It was a quiet location. The hosts were very accommodating and even offered free airport transport after they fixed some very minor issues, which, whilst the transport was not expected, was greatly appreciated The location was a little far out the back of Bingin, but this added to it being quiet. The pool water jets made a sucking noise that disturbed our sleep and the garden nights on all night made it light in the villa, however, both of these were fixed quickly upon request. The bathroom was outside, which was constantly wet as there was lots of rain.
• Nagehan (1/5): Katastrophale bedingungen - Wir hatten die Unterkunft über Booking.com für sechs Tage gebucht (196 € pro Nacht). Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine einzige Enttäuschung. Bereits bei der Ankunft war das Schloss der Innentüre defekt – der Schlüssel war abgebrochen, man konnte nicht abschließen. Erst nach starkem Drängen wurde dies am gleichen Tag behoben, eigentlich sollte es erst am nächsten Tag geschehen. Die Gardinen waren defekt, eine hing zur Hälfte herunter und wurde auch nach mehreren Hinweisen – selbst von der Managerin – nicht repariert. Die Reinigung war unzureichend: Es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt, die Villa selbst aber nicht geputzt. Bei Ankunft standen außerdem zwei große schwarze Mülltüten direkt vor der Türe. Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung blieben diese bis zum vierten Tag liegen. Hunde rissen die Tüten immer wieder auf, sodass ständig Müll vor dem Haus lag und es unangenehm stank. Zusätzlich ist die Umgebung von Baustellen geprägt, die Straßen sind kaum befahrbar. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Hätte sich die Managerin zumindest um die beanstandeten Punkte gekümmert, wären wir nicht so unzufrieden. Unter diesen Umständen ist ein Stern schon zu viel.
• Harmony (9/5): Beautiful and luxurious. - The layout was beautiful. Ot looked exactly like the pictures. We love the high ceilings and the outdoor shower. It was clear that much thought went into the villa to make it as comfortable and beautiful as possible. Super hard to fault but if I had to we would have loved the pool to have been cleaned prior to our arrival, there were quite a few leaves. But honestly that it is being so nit picky. The location is pretty accessible to everything if you have a scooter or get a Gojek but not really accessible if you plan on walking.

• Ben (9/5): Would definitely return - The villa is spotless and well maintained. The furniture is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The company who run the villa whapsapp you every 2 days to book in a cleaning time which is nice. Not so much of a problem with the villa but there is alot of construction going on in the surrounding area so would be slightly noisy during the day.
• Jaime (10/5): Exceptional - We booked this villa in the last minute and we were surprised as its a brand new villa and we where one of first guests. Its by far the best villa we stayed in Bali. In a peacefull neighbourhood within 5 mins scooter to all fancy places in Bingin. The staff was so friendly and helped us renting a motorbike. The villa is very cozy and confortable! will come again in the future for sure. We are in love with Arvatya. Thanks 🙏
