• Michał (7/5): Hostel studencki. - Dogodna lokalizacja oraz balkon w pokoju. Pierwotny pokój do którego nas zameldowano był brudny - nieposprzątany po poprzednich gościach, jednak niezwłocznie został wymieniony przez obsługę. Łóżko znajdowało się na antresoli, do której prowadziły wysokie i strome schody, co było niekomfortowe i mało bezpieczne. Nad łóżkiem znajdowała się bezpośrednio klimatyzacja.

O hotel tem uma localização super prática — logo em frente há um ponto de transporte público, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos pela cidade. A região é tranquila e segura, o que nos deixou ainda mais à vontade. O quarto era espaçoso, com cama grande e confortável. Havia fogão e micro-ondas, embora o fogão não estivesse funcionando no dia, o que não chegou a atrapalhar, já que não utilizamos. • Peter (7/5): Pretty good and would stay again - The location was nice, the tram is right out front. Even if you came by car, street parking is doable, was busy in summer, but that is obvious. The room itself was also fairly good The staff member at the front was not nice, and a bit rude to be honest. They questioned me about the city tax, despite my experience staying at other hostels with tax exemptions for youths. However, they didn't mention that it is because the hotel isn't registered as a youth hostel, which I only discovered by searching online.

• DS19 (9/5): - Mi è piaciuto il fatto che fosse un luogo fresco e accogliente dal primo minuto a quando sono andato via; la camera molto bella, moderna e spaziosa con una bella visuale. Climatizzatore perfettamente funzionante e ho passato un bellissimo tempo al fresco in stanza con 35-40 gradi fuori il giorno e 30 gradi la notte. Staff gentilissimo anche quando ha provveduto con una nuova scheda perché la prima l'avevo apparentemente persa poi ritrovata. Bagno bellino anche se piccolo rispetto allo spazio del resto della camera; Che dire ci ritornerei volentieri Il pagamento con carta per la tassa di soggiorno è stato un problema per me, che uso maggiormente i contanti. Non capisco il perché di questa cosa; l'unica cosa che un po' non mi è piaciuta ma è una piccolezza nulla di grave

• Zocco (10/5): Stupendo - L’ospitalità dei receptionist è stata fantastica. Dopo una giornata stressante è stato fantastico essere accolta da persone così dolci e gentili. Inoltre Aparto offre delle camere comode ed equipaggiate per tutto il necessario. La macchina del caffè è stata una scoperta amorevole, soprattutto per un’amante del cappuccino di Starbucks come me! Ho adorato questa collaborazione!! In caso di necessità futura sarò felice di soggiornare nuovamente in questa struttura.

• Isabelle C (8/5): Good accommodation, average distance, long way to Malpensa airport - Very spacious room, very clean. Organised reception. It was possible to check in during the early hours. There are some very good local restaurants at a good price. The downsides are that if you don't like walking, you'll have to walk around 30 minutes from the hotel to get to the Duomo. However, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which will take you to the centre in no time. Extremely far from Malpensa airport. By taxi or Uber, it would be around £200. For those arriving early in the morning, the last bus from the airport to the central station is at 2.30am. Then only at 5am. To get to the central station, it takes about 25 minutes by bus. The hairdryer is terrible.

• Ayse (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmernsevice eine, nicht sein Preis reine Katastrophe wert🙄 - Eigentlich nichts Sehr umständliches Hotel Handtücher und Badetücher waren benützt und noch nass. Von vor Gast nicht ausgetauscht. Bei 3 Tage Übernachtung wurde die Zimmer nicht sauber gemacht. Leider mussten mit ansehen wie Pützpersonal eine Zimmer bzw. den Badezimmerboden mit einem Handtuch wischte , da frage ich mich was mit unsere Handtücher gemacht wurde. Nach meinen Beobachtungen habe ich vermieden da zu duschen. Zimmer Ausstattung ist das billigste was es gibt, die Wände sehr dünn so das man den Nachbar niesen hört, die Zimmertüren so dünn das man denkt das man im Flur schläft Alles im ganzen würde dieses Hotel/Hostel nie wieder Buche. Hotel ist nicht sein Preis wert.

• Florent (8/5): - Hôtel très bien situé, avec un accueil chaleureux et un personnel toujours prêt à aider dans vos demandes. Le cadre est top et la vue depuis le 5ᵉ étage est magnifique. Proche du métro/tram et d’un grand supermarché à proximité. Clairement, la propreté des chambres n’est pas au rendez-vous. Même si elles disposent de tout le nécessaire, il y a une vraie amélioration à apporter sur le ménage.

• Christina (8/5): Good value for money, well-located, friendly staff. - The location was really good with bus and tram stops right outside of the property. The check-in was very easy and they let us in our room a bit earlier than check-in time. The room itself was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The gym was really good too! They only provided us with two big towels and nothing extra (bathroom mat, hand/hair towels) but after we asked at reception they gave us two more towels. So not a negative thing as such, but perhaps in future they could consider providing more towels from the start. Otherwise, everything was pretty satisfactory.

Pudimos dejar el coche cerca en la calle sin pagar estacionamiento. Al centro hay que andar 10 min al metro y conectas fácil en otros 15 min. La cocina no se utiliza ya que no tiene ningún tipo de utensilios ni menaje. La habitación es un poco pequeña.

Daarnaast was het geen probleem om eerder in te checken en konden we de auto (met al onze spullen) gemakkelijk kwijt in de overdekte privé garage. There is also a beautiful backyard and a terrace on the top floor. The staff is extremely helpful. It’s a little bit confusing to navigate. Cooking isn’t available during summer.

There are a very strict rules, which is good, but the chief of reception overact. For a simple question regarding my check out, she asked me to stay in line for 30 minutes. The bed in the room is at top of a staircase. The stairs are impossible. The whole room is uncomfortable. No glasses. Parking is very expansive 30 eur/night.

Personel mnie uspokajałam że przez „przypadek” posprzątał mój pokój, ale gdyby mi chciał go posprzątać to by również zabrał osobiste rzeczy z łazienki a zabrał tylko z sypialni. Większość rzeczy osobistych mi oddali, ale dopiero gdy groziłam policją, do tej pory nie odzyskałam sporo rzeczy.
