Felix (7/5): - The location was good. Convenient, close to the train station/public transport/skybus and different grocery stores. Could hear buses horning untill 12am since it's on level 1. The ensuite bathroom lights didn't work and didn't get a response for fixing it after requested to send email with video.

Frances (7/5): good for visiting central Melbourne - The location is good with several good restaurants close by. The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The property advertised a pool but it was not obvious as to where this pool was located. There was no information. I had to request the WiFi password. There were no instructions on how to use the stove top, washing machine etc.

Leica (7/5): - The pool and gym area was great. Location was good and nice restaurant below. The doors were not exactly secure to the balcony, there was tea and coffee but no milk provided which was inconvenient to the guests that used milk to their liking. Only 1 card which made it hard with multiple guests.
Hayley (6/5): It was OK - Great location for events at Marvel Stadium. Close to Spenser Street Outlet. Conveniently located near the train station and sky bus terminal. Bed was comfortable, amenities were clean. Room located on the first floor, so I found it comfortable being scared of heights. I found the room accessible with easy access bathrooms (walk in showers). Was a good base. Our veranda door didn’t lock, it has obviously been broken for a while, as someone has purchased and installed a makeshift child lock on it. Key collection at an alternative location was a pain & they didn’t explain where our room was/what floor etc. was confusing but we worked it out. Also, one room had “see through” frosted door, so this room wasn’t that private. Also pretty noisy, I slept with ear plugs. Only one key was provided, which was inconvenient for two travellers.
