• Giada (10/5): Ottimo! - Appartamentino mansardato davvero notevole e di pregio, arredato con gusto e calore, sembra un piccolo nido sospeso sul mare. C'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassante, a partire dal bel terrazzino con comodi divanetti, il letto comodo, la doccia con tanta acqua calda, bei asciugamani si spugna morbida, tende oscuranti, la cucina fornita per prepararsi un pasto, e ho trovato una bottiglia di vino e delle patatine per un cocktail ammirando i bei tramonti. Sì, ci sono 4 piani di scale da fare per arrivare su (ma lo sapevo!) e Gigi è stato gentilissimo a portare su e poi giù, la mia valigia. Gigi appunto, è un host cordiale, simpatico e disponibile. Uno dei pochissimi host che al check out mi ha chiesto se avessi un consiglio o una miglioria da apportare in casa. Denota grande attenzione verso l'ospite! Casa era pulita e silenziosa, e vicino c'è di tutto, dalla spiaggia, al supermercato, pizzeria, bar/pasticceria, ecc. La stazione treni Anzio Colonia dista davvero meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio a pieni voti!
• Øivind (10/5): Denne leiligheten anbefales på det varmeste! - Fantastisk utsikt i toppleilighet med balkong rett mot sør, og rett ved stranden. Den fremstår som som nylig oppusset og holder høy standard. Kort avstand til matbutikk, apotek etc. Vi brukte ca. 25min på å gå inn til selve bykjernen. Meget vennlige og imøtekommende verter som svarer umiddelbart når man sender melding. Fleksible på tidspunkt for innsjekk og utsjekk. Veldig fint når man benytter kollektivtrafikk. Godt utstyrt kjøkken, smart-TV og nydelig bad.
• Kamille (10/5): We spent a week of our honeymoon here and it was a perfect spot if you want to have some quiet time by the beach, remove - We loved our stay here! The apartment has a private balcony, with beautiful views of the sea. There is a lovely beach across the street, approx 2 - 3 mins walking. The apartment has a small kitchen, with basics for cooking. The hosts were very accommodating with check in, and showed us everything we needed to know about in the suite! Provided with some beach toys/floats to borrow as well. Although it is about 25 mins walking from the main Anzio center, there are some restaurants nearby and a grocery store.

• Danilo (10/5): Spettacolare 💯 - Appartemento ottimamente ben strutturato, design interni fantastici, ma specialmente il balconcino/terrazzino. Elisa e Gigi sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente 💯

• Lucie (10/5): La dolce vità ! - J’ai été très bien accueillie par Gigi et Elisa qui m’ont également donné de nombreux conseils sur les visites, plages, restaurants. Ils m’ont même aidée pour faire des réservations par téléphone ! L’appartement est très fonctionnel, possède de nombreux rangements et équipements et est décoré avec goût. Très agréable terrasse ! Il suffit de traverser la rue pour se baigner. Anzio est facile d’accès depuis Rome (1h de train) et l’appartement est à 5 min à pieds de la gare. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !!!
• Viacheslav (10/5): We liked everything very much, we want to come back again! - Very cozy apartment. It’s a small flat, but it had everything for a great, even romantic stay. The kitchen had everything you need — including good coffee and cleaning supplies — plus a washing machine and dryer. The best part was the “royal” big terrace with a sea view. The sea was a bit stormy, so we spent a lot of time on the terrace — sunbathing, reading, playing board games, having breakfast or dinner by candlelight. We got a gift — a bottle of wine and some snacks. The hosts were very kind. Gigi helped carry our suitcases upstairs and even booked us a table at a nice seafood restaurant. The sea and beach were very close, there was both a paid beach with services and a free public beach. The hosts provided beach stuff like an umbrella, an air mattress for the beach, and other things. Nearby there’s a supermarket with everything — meat, fruits, veggies, and tasty ready meals. The town is quiet and cozy, with a tourist area and restaurants. No downsides, except there wasn’t a full-length mirror. Thanks for a great stay — we really want to come back!
• Vivienne (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in Anzio! Grazie mille! - 1. Location! I wanted a beach weekend and this place was steps from a nice little beach. 2. The hosts. Absolutely kind, gracious, and accommodating! 3. The attention to detail of a very nicely appointed and spotlessly clean apartment. From the lovely bottle of wine, a great bed, coffee for your morning out on the beautiful balcony with the ocean breeze, the Britta water-filter pitcher, to the high-quality and soft toilet paper - they really paid attention to the details and it made me feel right at home! I loved everything!

• Carla (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything!! The apartment is amazing, with a charming balcony with a beautiful view to the sea. Elisa and Gigi are great hosts, there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us and some appetizers. This was the perfect place to relax after some days in Rome. We are just sad we couldn't stay longer.

• Italo (6/5): Nice apartment, but had lots of small issues which really made our stay unpleasant - Very sunny and bright, with lots of light. Great location near to station and the beach. We weren’t given soap for the washing machine, nor paper towels or clothes for the kitchen. Some glasses had food stains inside. Lack of utensils in the kitchen. Has a voltage limit not allowing you to use the stove and oven at the same time when cooking. Hot water geyser set to low temperature, not enough for even 1 person to take a long shower. On the 4th floor with no elevator.
• Lisa (10/5): young couple enjoyed stay in a really awesome apartment - - the structure of the apartment -> very modern, comfortable, nice equipment - the place -> less than 5 min to the Beach, supermarket less than 10 min, near to the train station - the general height (ceiling) -> challenging for tall people reference: as a 2m person cooking gets a little harder but for a 1,70m person it is totally fine
• Andrejs (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location, 5 min to the beach, 10 min to the supermarket. Fish restaurant and pizzeria nearby. Coffee machine in the apartments. 30 min walking to the Anzio center. Terrace with seaview, great place to sit in the evening. Conditioning is witki g great and silent. Aprtments located on the 4th floor, no elevator, so you should be ready. Great communication with host, remote check in. Bed wad too soft for us. No corkscrew for the vine
