Steidel (2/5): Dusty Nightmare - close to the university The room was extremely dusty and the mattress was probably very cheap or old, as you could feel every spring. There was hair all over the floor in the room and bathroom. The duvet cover and pillowcase became statically charged. The room wasn’t furnished as shown in the photos. There wasn’t even a small lamp by the bed. To go to the toilet at night, you had to use the main light on the ceiling. I had to leave the accommodation after one of the three nights because the dust caused a severe allergic reaction. Neither after a personal conversation at reception nor after lengthy messages in which I explained my situation was the accommodation willing to refund the cost of the two unused nights.
