- Monika (9/5): - We had a really good stay overall. The location is perfect — very central and convenient for everything. The apartment was very clean, the view was amazing, and the sound insulation was surprisingly good, so it was quiet and comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is including breakfast in the price, especially since they cooperate with the Radisson. That would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

- Duro (1/5): Misleading listing and a lower-standard apartment than the one originally booked. - The location was convenient I’m leaving this review because neither the property nor Booking.com provided a proper solution regarding the issue with the apartment. The night before check-in, I contacted the property myself because I noticed a different check-out time and a different address than the one shown in my original booking. Only then was I informed that my apartment had been changed. The replacement apartment was clearly a lower standard and noticeably cheaper category than the suite I originally selected and paid for when choosing between the available room options on Booking.com. The apartment I received was visibly one of the cheaper options compared to the room I originally booked, which felt extremely misleading and deceptive. From my perspective, as someone who knows the hospitality industry very well and works closely within luxury service and concierge experiences, this feels like a clear case of misleading customers by advertising one standard and delivering another. This directly affected my work during the stay, as I had online meetings with guests during those days, where the design, comfort and atmosphere of the apartment were important. The interior, overall aesthetic and experience were completely different from what was advertised and expected. Despite raising the issue immediately, the only solution offered was a very small discount which did not reflect the situation at all. Overall, the situation was unacceptable and handled very poorly. As someone who travels frequently, I value transparency and consistency, and unfortunately this stay did not match the expectations created by the listing.

Wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne do miłego i spokojnego pobytu. Sam apartament przestronny, 2 niezależne sypialnie, każda z łazienką w pokoju i dodatkowo salon z aneksem i balkonem z przepięknym widokiem. I booked this place because of the advertised views. turns out our deluxe apartment was overlooking a wall on the other side of the street which was not specified on any of the pictures. After a very long trip we were greeted by unwelcome staff, a broken elevator and a keycard that didn’t work. But we finally got in our tiny room only to discover there was no crib or any other items requested. We were told there were no other rooms available and left 10 minutes later. Not how I imagined my birthday getaway.

- BeckyJ71 (8/5): Great location with amazing water views - We had an AMAZING view from our waterfront room. The apartment was very up to date and decorated well. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was helpful. The location can't be beat with loads of restaurants on your doorstep and the Old Town sights just steps away. The radiator in our room was broken and constantly on, so it was very stuffy and even with the window cracked it was hard to sleep. The response time from staff was inconsistent, sometimes immediate other times, very slow.

It was quiet in April in general, there are a lot of restaurants on the ground floor so not sure that would be as quiet during the summer months! Beautiful view of the river every morning and evening to enjoy. The kitchenette was well built and had enough to take care of coffee/tea and keep some beverages in the small fridge! Bed was comfortable! The building is not where the check in desk is, it’s a bit confusing and hard to move your bags around on the cobbles there. They do send instructions but there is a lot just by sight of knowing where to go in and take doors to the elevator. Also we couldn’t really figure out what was controlling the heat in the bathroom

Dostęp do apartamentu super zabezpieczony. Dostępność parkingu też jest świetną opcją. Jedyne co bym dodał do wyposażenia. To jednorazowe kapcie co dodało by więcej higieny poruszania się po apartamencie jak i korzystania z łazienki. Lecz nie jest to wielka ujma z racji czystości w apartamencie.

We konden er heerlijk zitten tussen alle wandelingen door en echt midden in het centrum We vonden het te warm, en wij begrepen de verwarming niet. Het parkeren met een Nederlands kenteken vraagt om aandacht omdat die niet goed herkent kan worden. En het parkeren is een x zo duur als aan de overkant van de straat waar ook plek zat was. De pannen zijn te groot voor de platen.

Have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent and will definitely stay there again once i come back to Gdansk The only thing to note is the parking. It was very unclear which parking I needed to go to. I was advised to use parking below the building and there were 2 entrances. As the location was shown further i have chosen the second one and it was an incorrect one. It was Friday evening, so one way street was very crowded and i had to find my way around. So a better explanation for the parking entrance would have been great as i have asked several times.

- Sara (9/5): Tolle Lage, spektakuläre Aussicht - Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und ich kann das höher gelegene (und somit etwas teurere) Apartment im 5. Stock wirklich empfehlen, die Aussicht aus der großen Glasfront und vom Balkon sind wirklich spektakulär. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das Bett sehr gemütlich und die Küche auch so ausgestattet, dass man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt alles hat. Ich hatte gelesen, dass es durch die Gastro unten an der Promenade laut ist, das haben wir überhaupt nicht so empfunden, aber lag vielleicht an der Nebensaison... das sind alles Restaurants (keine Clubs), nach Mitternacht war es super ruhig, bei geschlossener Balkontür auch vorher schon. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen und kann das Apartment sehr empfehlen! Ein Geschirrhandtuch und Lappen wären noch ganz hilfreich/ sinnvoll in der Küche, aber das ist "meckern" auf hohem Niveau. ;) Die Vorgänge dunkeln nicht wirklich ab, mich hat es nicht so gestört, aber das wäre für manche vielleicht gut zu wissen.

- LEOPOLD (10/5): Allt umfram væntingar! - Frábær staðsetning! Allt innan íbúðarinnar virkaði nýtt og í góðu standi. Gamana að sitja úti á svölum og fylgjast með mannlífinu. Mikið úrval veitingastaða rétt handan við hornið.

Hund nach buchen, Parkplatz reservieren hat alles super geklappt. Immer sofort Nachrichten beantwortet bekommen! Anleitung für den Schlüsselkarte war gut, aber dann den richtigen Eingang zu finden war etwas schwieriger, hat dann aber auch funktioniert. Wir haben bei der Abgabe leider das richtige Büro nicht gefunden. Schlüssel falsch abgegeben, das freundliche Personal fand es aber nicht schlimm, nachdem wir eine Nachricht geschrieben haben. Hier wäre eine bessere Beschilderung toll.

Apartament ekskluzywny , wyposażony w mini aneks kuchenny oraz przeszkloną łazienkę i dużą wannę Obiekt powinien bardziej dbać o czystość .
