- Jean-Michel (8/5): Globalement une maison agréable et bien située. - Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, proximité de la plage, équipement moderne, disponibilité des propriétaire et concierge si besoin. Exiguïté de 2 chambres au RDC (une seule utilisée pour notre séjour, car nous n'étions que 3 couples), escalier intérieur assez raide avec des marches étroites (cela peut être une difficulté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite), manque de pression dans l'évier de la cuisine, d'où une eau chaude qui tarde à y être disponible, canapé moderne mais peu pratique, Equipements à compléter (facilement) : 4 mugs (seulement 4 disponibles pour 8 locataires potentiels), une rallonge pour utiliser l'appareil à raclette.
