• Juan Pablo (7/5): Un hotel acorde que tiene algunas aristas a mejorar - La habitación estaba muy bien equipada y con un aseo mas que correcto. El hidromasaje funcionó sin ningun inconveniente. La atención del staff del hotel fue acorde. El desayuno es muy magro el costo de 15 dolares por persona. No refleja lo que muestran en fotos anteriores. Para haber abonado la habitación de mayor prestacion y precio me hubiese gustado en un piso superior. Me brindaron 1er piso y estaba a la altura de la calle. Po r último el servicio de relax en el piso superior no estaba disponible y no lo mencionan en la reserva.
• Megan (8/5): Good choice for a hotel close to the beach and a walk to the Old Town. - The hotel was near enough to walk to the port and the old town center. We had a great view of the promenade and sea from our room. The lady on reception was very helpful on our arrival and even though she couldn't speak English was happy to use Google Translation to help us locate places near to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was adequate. The hotel was a little further away than we expected from the bus station, however we did manage to get a local bus to continue our journey. My own fault as I thought I had researched it so this is just a comment to help others as 3km is too far to walk with luggage.

• Friedrich (3/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß-ebenso das Badezimmer. Das war es auch schon. Extrem hellhörig - jede Tür die geöffnet oder geschlossen wurde , war laut zu hören. Zudem liegt das Zimmer an Straße, so dass jedes Fahrzeug laut hörbar war. Kurzum keine Schallisolierung der Fenster oder entsprechende Verglasung. Weder wurde das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts gesäubert, Wäsche gewechselt oder gar das Bett gemacht. Gleich am ersten Tag gab es wegen des Frühstücks Probleme. Das Frühstück ist restlos überteuert und die Gegenleistung darf als sehr bescheiden angesehen werden. Ich kann das Hotel NICHT weiterempfehlen und wir haben schon sehr sehr viele gesehen - unterschiedlicher Preisklasse

Sehr ungemütlich Man konnte kaum vor dem Hotel parken um das Gepäck auszu laden, das Personal hat die Tür aufgehalten, aber nicht geholfen, alles sehr kühl, inclusive des Personals ! Erst nach Aufforderung wurde Besteck gebracht, alles sehr sparsam !

Mas atendimento de funcionários foi excelente - Não gostei Cama desconfortável, banheiro pouca iluminação, sem ducha higiênica no vaso, a adaptação inadequada para banho de PCD, na banheira, alto risco de acidente, muito barulho na rua em frente ao hotel! Principal problema, não foi informado que não havia garagem, carro fica na rua!!!

• Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely hotel close to the sea and the old town. - This hotel was perfect; just across the road from the sea, right next to the old town. The receptionnist Carolina welcomed us warmly. The breakfast was excellent too. We had a bonus of having a large balcony too which was a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel 100%. Good size bedroom with kitchenette and a great bathroom. Everything was great.

• Sven (10/5): - Insgesamt waren wir fast 3 Wochen im Axsur zu Gast, da wir auf unser Auto warten mussten und die Fähre Verspätung hatte. In der ganzen Zeit haben wir uns im Axsur sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sauber, komfortabel, liegt günstig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zur Abreise wurden wir sogar umarmt.

Heavy winds and rains meant we had weird noises circulating all night. Not wind blowing but like marbles running around the ceiling dropping, spinning, and otherwise moving constantly.

• Walter Hachmann (8/5): Acomodação ampla em local sossegado no centro - O quarto é amplo e bem confortável, com cozinha equipada com cafeteira e microondas. Porém, faltam pratos e talheres, que precisam ser pedidos na portaria. O banheiro é razoavelmente bom, mas prefiro um box grande sem banheira. O bidê, mal instalado, só permite o uso ao contrário da posição correta. Arrumação somente a cada 48h, café da manhã só começa às 8h00 e é limitado, não tem estacionamento, sem porteiro das 23h até as 8h. Falta detergente e bucha para lavar a louça e não tem nada para comprar no hotel, nem água.

• Ana (8/5): Confortável e bom custo-benefício - Destaca-se pela proximidade da rambla e do centro histórico. Silencioso e tudo funcionando a contento, desde elevador ao quarto, com ar condicionado e chuveiro de rápido aquecimento. Staff gentil, especialmente a Carolina, que foi uma excelente anfitriã. O café da manhã é bem modesto para padrões brasileiros: pães, suco e frios são trazidos à mesa. Sem bolos, ovos, bacon ou salsichas. Café, cereais, iogurte, frutas à vontade, mas em percebe-se a quantidade limitada.
• Johann Peter (9/5): Außergewöhnlich gutes Haus - Sehr elegant. Moderne Zimmer. Sehr gute Qualität und der Betten. Bad außergewöhnlicher Zustand. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Parteien (5Personen) die lange auf ihr Wohnmobil warten mussten. Am Ende waren das 3 sehr komfortable Wochen mit ca. 65-75€ über Weihnachten und auch Sylvester. Alles gut.

• Christophe KLEINDIENST (8/5): - La habitación era grande con una terraza muy agradable aunque sin vista. Había un Frigorífico, un micro ondas, un fregadero y una cama grande. Muy céntrico, a menos de 10 minutos de la Plaza de la Independencia. La parte de la recepción no esta en liña con las habitaciones. Se ve un hotel de provincia viejo, con un mobiliario antiguo y no te da ganas de hospedarte aquí. Eso incluye la zona de bar y de desayuno.
