The housekeepers are so welcoming even though they don't speak English at all. Location is great, 7 min walk to the walking street and 2 min by bike. Big like for this place, if you are looking for a home feeling with luxury vibe but Thai vibes this is the place to stay at Nothing

- Danny (7/5): Decent enough stay it’s a new hotel so some stuff isn’t going to go right straight away - Was new and looked clean and very good hosts/manager They put the wrong listing on booking.com for a sofa bed which didn’t exist then moved us to a new room where again the sofa bed wasn’t there, we were asking for bedding and duvets for the makeshift sofa bed they had set up and the maids were just laughing about it and weren’t great help but don’t think it was malicious just a language barrier I’m assuming also told because the hotel was new they didn’t have any spare duvets which I thought was strange. In the downstairs room there was a line of bugs coming into the room from the outside door. The actual hosts/managers of the place were very welcoming and great hosts and were apologetic about the situation. It’s a brand new hotel stuff is going to go wrong.

- Nicolai (9/5): - Das beste Bett in Thailand und die Betreiber kümmern sich wirklich sehr gut und sehr schnell, falls es mal Probleme gibt. Die Ausstattung ist wie neu. In Pai ist es bei einer so zentralen Lage immer lauter als außerhalb. Das sollte man berücksichtigen bei der Wahl der Unterkunft. Dafür ist das Zentrum dann aber ohne Roller schnell erreichbar.

Nice furnishings and very clean. It looks good, but the actual functionality and build quality of the accommodation is not good. It's not polished/complete. For example the toilet still had stickers on it from when it was new. The toilet was leaking. The ceiling paint was incomplete. Walking to the room required walking over muddy grass. It's like when they made it, they only considered how it would look, and not how it would actually be used. It's also a little far from the walking street. It was weird that a deposit was required for the room key.

- Niall (8/5): Brilliant hotel with some minor teething issues, once they’re sorted it will be a brilliant value for money hotel! - We stayed in one of the brand new rooms, so the room was absolutely spotless and decorated in a lovely way! Bed was super comfortable, amazing A/C, brilliant hair dryer compared to most you get in hotels! Hotel was in a nice quiet area, a 10 min or so walk to the walking street night market and there was very little noise at night! We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have our room serviced once so had to go and ask for fresh towels on the last night as the towels were starting to smell damp. No hand soap in the bathroom for after being at the toilet. Duvet maybe too thick for the climate so we had to sleep with A/C on low all night!

- Ayelet (9/5): - The sheets and the bed! So comfortable! The room is modern and feels new and nice. The bathroom is big and nice. There is coffee and water and tangerines free at the reception. The staff was super nice! Even though there was no room for another night they let us keep are bags there until the evening and even let us borrow a towel for a deposit. No breakfast option. Far from the center- not next to anything because it’s a new building area- probably will change soon. The bathmat in the bathroom was wet when we arrived- it didn’t bother us we just didn’t use it. The water isn’t too hot- you have to lower the water pressure so it will be hotter.

Spacious modern room, large toilet, super comfy bed and pillows, great aircon, good pantry with cutlery and cooking utenils (+ electric stove and microwave), and very responsive management Needs an electric point in the toilet as hair dryer without a plug would be rather useless. Needs space to hang towels and clothes in the toilet. Needs a shower area for people who dont fancy swimming inside a bath tub.

Beautiful industrial design both in and out. Kudos to the designer. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft. The guy at the reception was very helpful and patient. The staff are not always around (sometims nobody is there for hours). But the host is very available on the whatsapp and also very forthcoming. Good parking and easy to reach by car. The lighting was nice but there is a reading light only on one side of the bed. The rooms are not soundproofed. At all. Located in an area with few tourists. The nearest market is the local one. And the traffic on the main road (one street down) included many noisy motorbikes. One (single) hanger for four towels. No safe. The sun blasts in despite the dark window hangings. Most important - in our room there was a lovely bath. It was placed in a beautiful area which it seems was designated to be a shower. And (as it turned out) it was not fixed to the floor. You could move it around and it rocked every time you entered it to shower (there was no other option). This is dangerous. I gave a low grade for cleaning only because the drain (hidden behind the bath) was full of hair
