The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was beautiful and spotless, and the location was perfect for exploring Singapore. - Corina Maria (10/5): Herrlicher Pool - herzliches Personal - perfekte Anbindung an ARL / BTS - Absolut perfekte Lage für mich, die alleine mit ihren zwei Kleinkindern reist. Wir konnten günstig und schnell mit dem Airport Raillink praktisch direkt zum Hotel fahren. Die Highlights waren für uns das unglaublich freundliche Personal und der mega angenehm temperierte Pool im 22. Stockwerk (ich würde sagen 34 Grad), indem wir praktisch den ganzen Tag die Aussicht auf BKK genossen haben. Top war auch das riesige King-Size Bett, wo wir zu dritt locker Platz hatten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau, aber es wäre trotzdem noch ein glücklicheres Smiley möglich, wenn es mehr vegane Auswahl gäbe am Frühstücksbuffet (z.B. veganen Joghurt oder Hafermilch für Kaffee und Cornflakes), dass man nicht immer danach fragen muss. Genial wäre auch ein Spielzimmer für die Kinder, wie es z.B. in den Center Point Hotels hat, vorhanden wäre.

Deux belles piscines, un petit déjeuner incroyable et de qualité top, un personnel aux petits soins. Possibilité de dîner tard à la trattoria et excellents cocktails au sky lounge qui fait happy hour en fin de journée. Restaurants bon marché au 2ème étage de la tour. Magnifique séjour ! Rien

From check-in to check-out, every team member went above and beyond with genuine warmth and professionalism. They were attentive, smiling, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, arranging transport, or just a friendly greeting after a long day – they made me feel truly valued. The hotel itself is well-located and comfortable, but the staff truly made the stay unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team – I can’t wait to come back! Roadworks but not the hotels fault

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a fantastic selection. It is also very well-connected to public transport, making it easy to get around Bangkok. I definitely recommend it! The water in the infinity pools was freezing cold, so swimming wasn't very enjoyable.

- 珮芳 (9/5): 飯店本身＆工作人員都很優秀 - 我們住4晚，兩個房間，5樓有自助早餐，因為不確定哪天才會吃飯店的早餐，所以我們訂房時沒購買早餐，而是在退房當天才去5樓吃早餐。 櫃檯接待員告訴我們直接去5樓餐廳登記用餐即可，而且費用還比在訂房網站的便宜很多，大人早餐泰銖600/人，12歲以下的兒童免費。 我們3大2小，才只要1800泰銖，超划算！ 房間很新、很乾淨，打掃也很用心，最後我們退房直接每個房間都放100小費給辛苦的housekeeping👍👍👍 無論哪個部門，每位工作人員都很親切，我們感受非常好，下次來曼谷還會住這裡。 這裡交通方便，附近也有3間7-11、餐廳，買東西很方便。 泳池沒有提供泳具，雖然這不是什麼大問題。其實沒有不喜歡的地方。

Lobby staff went above and beyond to help reroute our taxi to the main lobby after the taxi struggled to find us. Beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in. Food and room service was quick and very nice. Executive lounge was beyond beautiful, staff dealt with our every needs and the drinks were amazing(highly recommend their signature cocktails). Overall the best location we stayed at in thailand.

The food, service and location adjacent to train is perfection. You must book the breakfast as part your booking- best buffet ever. Pools are stunning, and cocktails and happy hour are ideal by the pool. Bangkok city can be wonderfully chaotic but this is a great place to feel calm and relaxed. Feels much more luxe than the price suggests. We will be back! Nothing

- Aqeelah (9/5): - Accessibility! if you are coming from BKK Airport there is a direct train. The fact that it is directly connected to the BTS Skytrain is excellent!!! I also enjoyed the breakfast although I am sure most hotels in Bangkok offer great breakfast. I wish they take note of the requests we wrote when making the booking.

The direct connection to the BTS made getting around Bangkok so convenient, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve had, plenty of variety and great quality. The rooftop pool and facilities were also a highlight after a long day exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bangkok, whether for business or leisure. Would definitely stay again!
