• Piotr (9/5): Budżetowy nocleg w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji. - Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Blisko zabytkowego centrum i blisko stacji metra. Wyposażenie, także w zestaw kosmetyków było ok. Trudno było się dodzwonić do gospodarzy, żeby otrzymać klucze. Zdecydowanie zbyt miękkie łóżka.

• Marvin Lespagnol (6/5): - Tres bien situé a proximité du Wat Pho et du marché au fleurs. Commerces a proximité, bouteilles d'eau fournies tout les jours. Literie confortable, grande chambre. Propreté tres moyenne, déchets sous les lits, salle de bain partiellement nettoyée. Nous avons eu le droit au fameux lavabo qui ne tient plus au mur, retenu simplement par la tuyauterie. Tout les portes-serviettes sont détruits. Balcon a le mérite d'exister mais inutile a cause de sa taille, ou de sa vue sur un mur a 1 metre.

• Evgeniy (10/5): Best of price\quality ratio, good and helpful owner, good location - The best part of this inn is the owner. He was very kind and really tried to help us with anything we needed. The door lock not worked as intended and he fixed it really quick. Also provided a hairdryer by our request. Location is good - all the attractions are nearby, MRT subway entrance is also near There is some misinformation about acquiring a key on the fence to open the gate: the contact info looks not the real. Also, the guide to acquiring a key didn't work, but the owner came right when we tried to get a key and gave it himself.

• Shweta (8/5): Very good - Value for money! Grab can’t reach the location so had to walk with luggage in narrow streets. There were cockroaches in the toilet.
• Katarina (7/5): Good enough for a short stay - It was clean, and in a good central location Bedsheets need to be cotton: with the Bangkok heat, sleeping in polyester bedding is not optimal, even with AC on. I also counted on having an electric kettle in the room, which was not the case. But I asked for it, and then got it. Also, there needs to be a full body mirror and hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. These are all small things, and cannot say they are negative. Just tips to improve

• Eleanor (7/5): Great value for money basic find, near amenities but off the beaten path. - Comfortable beds, helpful staff, great air conditioning, very reasonable price, new fixtures and fittings. Shower ran cold regardless of setting, sink was not fixed well to the wall. Taxis were not familiar with location which was hard with language barrier. Steep stairs to room, but proprietor carried bags up them for us.

• Meusburger (9/5): Superb - the host is really sweet and the rooms are easy but comfortable and spacious. it is also positive, but since it is not located at a big street it is not that easy to find (when you check in)

• Müller (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Nothing. This was the worst stay I ever had. It started bad and continued worse. Bad customer service, bad check in experience, disgusting aomodation (unclean) and the worst attitude about it It was horrible from the beginning. Check was suposed to be done through an automated system. The code they gave us was not working. We contacted them and instead of letting us in they kept insisting we are doing things wrong and just have to put the code in. Then they kept giving us other codes. Nothing worked. After 1h at 22:00 pm in the evening of being stuck outside the hotel unable to get in they decided to tell the housekeeper ( that btw lived on the property ) to come let us in. He came to the entrance all annoyed and making annoyed noises. Did not knowledge us besides asking of we are the people there for the check in. Then instead of letting us in he keep in a very obvious annoyance trying to put in himself all the individual codes we received taht were not working as if he was trying to prove we do not know how to use the system. After of course it did not work for him either because the machine was broken. He finally allowed us in. We thought the check in was bad. Omg when we got into the room. It was sooooo dirty and I mean dirty. The bathroom sink was completely detached from the wall barely holding on a little bit though the drainage pipe. We were afraid to touch is as it could come off completely any time. A very old and clearly recently used toilet brush with poop on it was on the floor next to the toilet. Toilet dirty with poop marks. Marks all over the floors. All surfaces were dirty. Desserts were visibly dirty. The bath towels smelled like an ashtray. I have never in my life experienced this from a hotel. I immediately requested they cancel our booking and let us leave. They refused. I requested they at least send someone to clean the room. They of course did not do that either. DO NOT STAY THERE. I am absolutely convinced that any good review is fake or bought. And of course as long as booking allows me to I will uploaded all the pictures with the state of things

• Ngoc (9/5): Good location. Many facilities surrounded - It is near to many temples, Sao Chingcha and 700m to Wat Pho and the Grand Palace. Near a small market and many place to eat too. I think the location is very great. You can take bus or Samyot mrt to anywhere. There is no elevator. And you donot have toothbrush or water boiling,ect. But you can ask to borrow from the staff. Very lovely staff.
• Ngoc (10/5): Good price. Good location - The room is clean and the area is very quiet. Close to many location, chinatown is about 1.5km. You can take the bus right outside the corner There is not much in the room. But it is ok for us. You need to prepare your own toothbrush. And there is no instant boiler

• Hybrid (7/5): Clean ,good hotel, good location - Clean, friendly house keeper, most attractions near by, perfect location Drag your luggage from the streets, there is small alley car or van not reach to the hotel also no parking for car/scooter (they have a parking on ground area for scooter but they don't allowed).no lift so take your luggage to 4 or 5th floor your self.if you don't care about carry luggage then perfect hotel.
