Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and amazing value. The room was good size with a reasonably nice en-suite. Wifi was nice and fast once I'd managed to get it setup. The kitchen situation was a bit confused, it seemed to be a shared flat but the kitchen was really messy with pans in the sink and a bin that was overflowing. I just didn't use it as that was easier. Wifi was a bit faffy to setup especially on my laptop.

The shared kitchen on my floor was not very well stocked (very few dishes for cooking/eating) and the floor a little dirty — probably because it’s summer and mostly out of use, though.
