• Jamshiddin (1/5): Please stop misleading and causing unnecessary trouble for other travelers like you did to me ! - I had a very bad experience with this villa. The host was not honest and did not keep their promises. After I paid, they caused many problems and did not return my money on time. I was left in a very stressful situation and almost stayed on the street because I trusted them. Only after contacting Booking support and making a complaint, I finally received my refund. This process took time and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience for me. I do not recommend this place. Please be careful — I am writing this so other travelers do not get misled or face the same situation I had.
• ayeye90 (9/5): Eccezionale villa con vista su Patong - Villa situata in una posizione sopraelevata e molto tranquilla , metà strada di una collina parecchio ripida ma raggiungibile da tutti i mezzi, la struttura è composta da tre piani arredati e attrezzati e da tre bagni e altrettante terrazze, la vista da qui è un plus non trascurabile che difficilmente abbiamo visto a Patong. La host è una ragazza attenta e premurosa e saprà darvi aiuto per qualsiasi eventuale vostra esigenza. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità! In generale nulla, ma abbiamo trovato la pulizia generale non impeccabile e qualche pezzo di arredamento non proprio perfetto, niente comunque di davvero grave.
• Nils (6/5): Alles in allem waren wir ganz zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Was aber sicher auch daran lag dass wir uns nur zum Schl - Die Unterkunft war sehr groß und gut geschnitten. 3 Balkone mit Blick auf Patong und das Meer sind echt super. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist steil, aber zu Fuß recht schnell zu bewältigen. Notfalls bringen einen Taxi, Tuk Tuk oder Moped direkt vor die Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war gut. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Klimaanlagen liefen bei uns sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war leider mangelhaft. Geputzt wurde wahrscheinlich nur sehr oberflächlich. Die Küche war zwar sehr groß aber machte ebenfalls nicht den saubersten Eindruck. Leider hatten wir mehrere Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Es wäre sicher ratsam diese professionell beseitigen zu lassen.

• hamdan (1/5): A very poor stay with many issues that left me completely dissatisfied. - Nothing My stay at this apartment was very disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot recommend it. 1. All the air conditioners in the apartment were not cooling properly. 2. Two out of the three AC units in the bedrooms were completely not working. 3. There was blood on one of the beds, and when I informed the host, he refused to change it and said he could only do it the next day. 4. When I contacted the host about the broken AC, he also said it could only be fixed the next day. He sent one of his staff members, who entered the apartment without knocking or asking for permission. She brought technicians, but they were unable to fix the AC. The host then told her on the phone that if the repair would take too long, they should leave it for the next day. He also told her that “we always complain,” which I found very unprofessional—of course we will complain if we are not satisfied. They left without fixing the AC and didn’t even put the AC cover back. 5. There were insects in most rooms, including a small lizard in the bathroom and a dead cockroach in the bedroom. 6. The apartment’s décor was very poor, as if the furniture was collected from second-hand markets. 7. The apartment was not clean at all; even the beds had visible dirt and signs of poor hygiene. 8. There were clothes left from previous guests that smelled terrible, and even a condom was found—clear evidence that the host did not properly clean or prepare the apartment for new guests. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant, and I strongly advise others not to book this place.

• Matthew (6/5): Location ok but apartment needs to work to bring it up to the quality that is charged. - Location is ok, a very steep hill to access the apartment that is almost impossible to walk so you really need a tuk tuk or taxi to take you up, (some tuk tuks refused to take us up as it is so steep) especially if you are carrying anything. The view is great once you get inside. Toilet blocked a few times which seems to happen in Thailand a lot, Balustrade wires are broken so not suitable for young kids as they could go over the balcony. Due to the way the house is built only 1 bedroom has a view \ window, the other two bedrooms have no windows at all so no chance of fresh air or daylight. Bathrooms could do with a deep chemical clean to remove some unpleasant odours. No washing machine for this size apartment is disappointing.
