• tonowacki (8/5): - A very spacious and comfortable apartment close to the city. There is an elevator in the building so 5th floor does not make any difference. There is a problem with parking due to the closeness to the centre. The apartment itself is clean and spacious but very plain. A flower, picture or a wooden shelf would make it more cosy.

Macchinetta del caffe con cialde aria condizionata Cucina attrezzata Ho avuto difficoltá ad accendere la piastra e sono stato aiutato prontamente su whatsapp - molto apprezzato Check-in e check-out semplicissimi, istruzioni molto chiare l'appartamento si trova al 5 piano e l'ascensore é datato e stretto; fare le scale (anche a scendere, é un esperienza mistica) - ovviamente questo non é imputabile all'appartamento, Nonostante le imposte chiuse, si sentivano i rumori della trafficatissima via Marconi, (in salotto, forse per via del tubo dell'aria condizionata che faceva passare anche i rumori) L'aria condizionata a volte si spegneva da sola, tuttavia il proprietario ha lasciato dettagliate istruzioni per ripristinarla, ed hanno generalmente funzionato Sonno: Ho trovato i cuscini davvero troppo bassi e scomodi per dormire (sia in salotto che in camera) Letti: in camera OK, in salotto il divano letto ci é stato fatto trovare giá aperto, per cui non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo come divano, peccato - in salotto il materasso non era per nulla comodo.

• Giancarlo (5/5): Bologna is great but this accomodation is not at standard for short rentals for work - Excellent position, very near to the city center The Wi-fy was not working: we communicated immediately on the evening of arrival, we did not hear back until midday of follwing day, they proposed to send a technician at 16.15, we went back to apartment and waited for him but then he informed he would be late for more than 45 minutes. Bottomline: wify was not restored, we had to find a coworking place to go and work from there during all our stay in Bologna :( That was a disaster, and, unfortunately, they did not even propose any partial compensation or reimbursement. In general it was difficult to communicate with who manage the flat : they often not reply to call or whatsup and they pinged me from one phone number to another (3 different contacts) The room was not well cleaned. The whole building is in maintenance, and (except for this apartment) it is empty and dark.
• Maria Isabel (2/5): Para no ir - La ubicación y camas cómodas. No funcionaba cocina, pocos utensilios de cocina, sin tostadora, tampoco hubo WiFi en toda la estancia, durante el hospedaje, la mampara rota y filtraba el agua, no había gel, ni donde apoyar nada en la ducha, no lo recomendaría.
• Fran (8/5): Nice place - The property was excellent clean and very near of city center. The AC wasn’t enough for the temperature and during the night doesn’t work.
• Βενετια (9/5): Spatious apartment in city centre - A fully renovated apartment in a convenient location, close to almost all main attractions (reachable within a 7min walk) and with very good bus connections. Apartment is spatious and was well prepared for our arrival and spotlessly clean. Espresso coffee machine including capsules was a nice surprise. Excellent communication through the booking up, with clear instructions for the contactless check-in/check-out. There wasn't actually something we didn't like. Maybe some small details like hangers for the towels in the bathroom, a toaster and a water boiler in the kitchen would make the experience even better. To note that apartment is overlooking a rather busy street. So if you're used to sleeping with windows open, like we are, be prepared for some slight noise. With windows closed however apartment is fully sound proof.
