Jan (9/5): - Excellent location just next to the cable car. Perfect starting point for the hikes. Great sauna. The sofa beds could have been softer - but don't get me wrong. The beds were still comfortable enough.

Chcieliśmy zrezygnować bo po takim przywitaniu nie czuliśmy się komfortowo ani bezpiecznie pod względem warunków higienicznych w apartamencie. Jednak dla zarządzających to normalne warunki i nie uznali rezygnacji. Taka sofa nadaje się do wymiany jeśli oferujecie możliwość spania po rozłożeniu. Nie mówiąc o zakrwawionej poduszce. Typowe ciągnięcie kasy po najniższej linii oporu.

Marta (10/5): Fantastic location if you want to be close to skiing. Very modern place to stay - Everything about the room was excellent. Best location to the ski slopes. Żabka shop just around apartments. There is a pool table a corner for kids to play. Smell in the lift was terrible. We couldn’t use it at some stage preferred walking up to the room. Smell of cigarettes and dampness is terrible there. And it was constant as if every 5 min someone smoked there.
Czesława (9/5): Do zweryfikowania pozycji w rankingu. - Ogólnie było ok.piekne widoki, osiągnięcia takie jak planowe,wypoczynek udany😁 Jak na apartament to średnio,warunki kąpielowe ok,ciepło ok, łóżko wymaga już wymiany materaca,poduszki masakra ,w moim ponad 70 letnim życiu nie spałam na takiej malutkiej skołtunionej poduszeczce 😩w rozerwanej podszewce.w lampie nocne j przepalona żarówka,podłoga zniszczona,kanapa obdarta.nogi krzeseł obtarte.chyba już tutaj nie wrócę.
Enrico (5/5): - Die Lage Da wir paar mal im Jahr in sklarska poreba sind haben wir schon viele Hotels und Unterkünfte gesehen. Diese können wir nicht weiter empfehlen. Es sei denn man braucht nur was zum schlafen. Frühstück in der Unterkunft zu buchen ist nicht möglich da kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Es gibt nicht mal einen Raum dafür. Auf dem Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft rennt die "Parkplatzmafia" durch die Gegend, schreibt dein Kennzeichen in ein Buch und nimmt dir 10€ pro Tag ab. Beleg gibt es dafür natürlich nicht.Der Mülleimer an der Eingangstür wurde nicht ein mal gelehrt und den Aschenbecher hat der Wind mal etwas gelehrt.

Andrzej (6/5): - Najbliżej wyciągu. Boksy na sprzęt sportowy. Kod do drzwi wyjściowych na stok nie działa. W pokoju brak ekspresu do kawy, mimo że był w ofercie. Pokój słabo odkurzony (piach pod łóżkiem i sofą).
Paweł (1/5): Odradzam. - Lokalizacja w pobliżu wyciągu. Wynajmujący w opisie na Bookingu podał, że apartament składa się z salonu i osobnej sypialni. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że jest to apartament typu studio. Niezwłocznie skontaktowałem się z zarzadcą apartamentu domagając się zamiany apartamentu na apartament zgodny z umową (czyli z osobną sypialnią) lub zwrot pieniędzy. Byłem w stanie wynająć sobie z łatwością inny apartament w tym czasie. Zarządca mimo, iż przyznał, że "wkradł się błąd" w opisie lokalu, oznajmił, że nie ma możliwości zamiany apartamentu ani zwrotu pieniędzy. Zupełnie nie rozumiem dlaczego... W apartamencie w łazience nie było żadnej półki ani innej przestrzeni na kosmetyki, specyficzna umywalka z minimalną powierzchnią - w rezultacie kosmetyki leżały na podłodze. Rozkladana kanapa w salonie nie dawala się złożyć do końca, przez co nie można było na niej siedzieć, bo siedzisko odjeżdzało od oparcia. Dodatkową "atrakcją" był wadliwy czajnik elektryczny, ktory spowodował zadziałanie bezpiecznika rożnicowopradowego. 0 godzinie 23.00, po włączeniu czajnika po prostu cała instalacja elektryczna w apartamencie przestała działać - zgasły wszystkie światła i telewizor. Cyrk. Zarządca "Royal Aparts" zachował się żenująco odmawiając rozwiązania problemu, powstałego z winy zarządcy. Korzystałem z wynajmu przez Booking wielokrotnie i od wielu lat. Z takim fatalnym zachowaniem wynajmującego spotkałem się pierwszy raz. Zdecydowanie odradzam.

Tomasz (8/5): Apartament świetnie zlokalizowany przy wyciagu. - Świetna lokalizacja, na nartach zjeżdzamy do hali garażowej. Blisko na sanki z dziećmi. Blisko na szlak. Aneks kuchenny przydatny. Wykończenie apartamentu z dobrej jakości materiałów. Troche męczące długie kody dostepowe do wjeścia i pokoju. Przydałyby sie zbliżeniowe pastyki. Brak kodu do wejścia przy bramie garażowej. Mieszkanie juz lekko zużyte, ale wykoanane z dobrej jakości materiałów. W budynku już można trafić na apartamenty po remoncie.
MENG (9/5): - Great location, very close to the ski slopes. It’s especially convenient when traveling with a child — we could easily go out for a short play and come back. The room was large, very clean, and nicely heated. There are some entertainment facilities on each floor, which is a nice touch. The contactless check-in worked perfectly. The door has a code lock, so getting in and out was super easy. Ideal for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The snow at the entrance and in the parking area was not cleared, which made walking a bit difficult. There is a reception desk at the entrance, but it doesn’t belong to this property, which can be confusing. You can actually go straight to the elevator and up to your floor without using it.

Bardzo pomocna Pani w recepcji. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby podniesienie standardu wypoczynku (lata świetności ma już za sobą)

Parking nie jest przypisany do ośrodka - albo ci się uda znaleźć miejsce, albo nie... Brak narciarni, do apartamentu przynależy tylko pomieszczenie w piwnicy, bez ogrzewania czy suszarek na buty. Sprzęty ogólnodostępne w fatalnym stanie - bilard nie nadaje się do gry, piłkarzyki z urwanymi rączkami itp. W apartamencie rozkładana sofa dla trzeciej i czwartej osoby mocno zużyta, wyśpią się w miarę komfortowo tylko lekkie dzieci. Poduszki słabej jakości. Przesuwne drzwi do szafy tylko czekają, aby trafić cię w głowę (bardzo ciężkie i żyją własnym życiem).

Robert (7/5): Lokalizacja super . Jak ktoś chce spędzać większość czasu na szlaku i tylko nocować w pokoju to jest ok . - Dobra lokalizacja blisko stoku i wejścia na szlak . W pokoju lodówka i kuchenka . Po wejściu do pokoju kanalizacja daje o sobie znać . Przesuwane drzwi w takim wypadku to nie do końca dobry pomysł . Czasem brak ciepłej wody .Rozumiem że wszyscy w jednym czasie wrócili i akurat nie wystarczyło wody dla wszystkich . Toaleta niestety czysta nie była .
