• Pamuk (5/5): - It had all we need and it was big and great for 4 persons. Location was okay, bus station is right next to it. The smart lock wasn’t working first day, so we couldn’t enter the building. We tried to contact the number that we got from booking, but they didn’t respond. We had to wait in front of the building on someone to let us in. We came in the apartment and the wifi wasn’t working, we told that to the owner, but they answered next day and told us to turn it on off.. Whole sunday they ignored our messages and when we told them the next day that we can’t get in, because the lock is not working they told us to ring someone of the neighbours randomly.. We were not happy because we had to come back earlier to apartment, because if we came late everyone would be sleeping, and we couldn’t enter the building. They fixed the lock after three days and after sending 10 messages to all numbers we had.

• Guest (7/5): Vacaciones romanas de calor, largas caminatas, buena comida y mucho conocimiento. - La ubicación, tenía cerca la parada del autobus que nos llevaba al centro de Roma, tenía cerca pizzeria, heladería, restaurante y supermercado. Instrucciones no muy claras para la llegada al alojamiento, ejemplo: son dos edificios iguales uno frente al otro, no se indicaba cual de los dos era en la foto recibida, hay que marcar primero el botón B2 en el intercomunicador, luego utilizar la aplicación enviada de la app y allí inmediatamente se abre el portal del edificio de la derecha, luego dentro del edificio tal cual lo indicado en la instrucción se utiliza la clave para entrar al apartamento. Dentro del apartamento encontramos un control del aire acondicionado en la sala, pero este no funciona. Hay otro control en la habitación, ese sirve para ambos equipos. En la instrucción dice utilizar el control blanco, si se compara ambos equipos uno, el de la habitación es blanco y el otro que no funciona es crema. Mejor sería colocar un solo control y ocultar el otro que confunde. En la cocina hace falta comunicar que hay una válvula empotrada y tapada en la pared que es la del gas, Al principio al querer cocinar solo se hacía la chispa y no lográbamos prender la cocina porque la válvula estaba cerrada, hasta que la descubrimos. Y por otra parte, muy importante comunicar desde el inicio que el agua es potable. El baño es muy amplio, tiene ducha y bañera, pero solo utilizamos la ducha porque la bañera tiene una mala apariencia en el fondo. La cama de la habitación principal es muy cómoda y las almohadas también. Pero el sofacama donde debían dormir mis hijos adolescentes era muuuuuy duro, como había dos sofas adicionales, decidieron ellos cambiar de lugar porque estos eran más cómodos, pero faltaba sabana para cubrir uno de ellos al independizarse del sofacama. El alojamiento era para 4 personas por 5 días, sin embargo, estos detalles no son tomados en cuenta, así como el detalle de solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico para los 5 días.

• Janelle (8/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment in Rome - The apartment was huge, plenty of space to spread out and super secure. Complete with a bath and fully kitted out beautiful kitchen. Food-wise there are a couple of great pizza/pasta places very close-by. It took us a little bit to figure out the digital/electronic entry. But once we got the hang of it, was all fine.
• Bondar (7/5): Good - The apartment is spacious, there are many sofas, there is a large wardrobe. The apartment has a great location. There is a stove, refrigerator, oven and washing machine, but where to dry things if there is no access to the balcony. The apartment is on the first floor and the blinds on the windows do not open, the apartment is dark and feels like you are in a dungeon. There is no kettle. There are only two plates, 3 bowls. The system for opening the door to the house is not convenient for me, if there is no Internet on the phone, you cannot get into the house. My children could not return to the apartment on their own.
