- Kathleen (1/5): By Far The Worst Place I Have Stayed in All Ways - Nothing. I hated every moment we were in the apartment. Most of electricity was not working. Bulbs missing in lights that did work. Dishwasher dead Clothes washer dead. Bathroom faucet leaks all over the floor. Toilet seat not bolted to toilet. Outdoor chairs broken. Water was shut off while we were there. Freezer just plain gross. Could not get anymore toilet paper or any small towels. Place overall not clean especially in kitchens and bath. Oven did not work. Manager ignored phone calls and pleas for help. "Concierge" not helpful either. No one on premises. Bedding smelly and gross. Ceiling light in shower very loud buzzing noise. Toiletries scarce and very tiny. Shower head not attached above. It hangs down instead Shower stall moldy and filthy around the base of the shower and glass doors. I have a case pending with Booking.com. to get my money back.
