Guest Reviews
- Andan (6/5): -
- Genelita (3/5): Så där😊 - Det är ok. Missade en kudde och ingen matta på toaletten när man kommer ut
- Latonio (6/5): -
- Lester (1/5): I have travelled many times and this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Totally not recommended. 😡 - Nothing. We only stayed for one night There was no lift. Had to carry bags up two flights of stairs. The bedding, pillows and towels were very old. There was no shampoo, soap or any cleaning products. No hot water, no shower curtain and the shower/bathroom were very small so everything was wet.
- Theo (7/5): Good -
- Theo (9/5): Superb -
- Amaw (1/5): Bad - We where tired from the travel and we arrive there they are asking to pay again well ot eas paid before hand. Then we where left no choice to pay again that night just to rest because they said the manager is off dutu alreadu. My daughter needs to call overseas call and paid for that call just to.fix the proble..
- Shaun (7/5): Good - simple place to stay and lay your head, the hotel is only starting up and there a few things that could improve like not needing to ask for hot water for the shower. also the entrance is hard to find so more signposting needed.
- Ella (1/5): Do not stay here - The staff were very unacomidating,we asked 3 times for our towels to be changed after 4 nights there, and a new bin.the beds were not changed or even made once, after asking multiple times an empty bin was shoved outside our door. We also got given the wrong room, the picture advertised isn’t the bedroom you get, they didn’t apologise or move our rooms and gave us no discount of the room we thought we were getting. The bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. Never coming back!
- Maciej (4/5): Disappointing - nothing price was higher than i booked
- Michaela (1/5): SCAM - There was a cat inside, that was the only good thing here. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, IT IS SCAM!! First of all, it is in some office building and it looked very shady. Second of all they are scaming booking.com and people who use it. When we arrived they told us that we have to cancel our booking at booking.com and pay more. We refused to do it so I can warn all of you here, so they told us, they will send us to another OYO hotel and that the hotel is good, but it was disgusting. They also made another fake reservation on my name and than blame us that we did it (why would we do that wtf). When I told them to call Booking.com, they called some another girl from OYO hotels, they didn't bother to changed her name in the phone so I saw that she was named here OYO Christina or something and when I asked the girl if she is from Booking.com she told me yes and that obviously wasn't true. Just don't book that freaking hotel and save yourself a lot of nerves and time. It was the worst experience with accommodation I ever had.
- Amber (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were lovely, close walk to food, room was comfortable and clean. Had to pay extra than what was agreed in booking.com as he said that booking.com under charge, so expect that, however was only a few pound more! Also beware if you type the hotel into google maps it takes you to the wrong location so use the link to google maps from booking.com
- Paul (1/5): Bad - Taxi driver was unable to locate this hotel. We found another hotel with a similar sounding name.
- Petra (1/5): Bad - Very clean modern rooms No windows
Didn't accept cc and forced me to cancel online booking. Had to wait almost 1 hrs at the reception.
Left 1 day earlier
- Chriseng1988 (5/5): Overall good night stay in - I like the location easy access for transportation. Helpful staff and comfortable bed.
Very appreciate to the staff checking/accomodating us even though it is very early morning.
bed was comfortable. There is no hot water for showers.
One pillow for each bed. And very thin sheets. Could be nicer if had a bit thicker sheets.
I had issues with bookings, email, call them before in hand but no response. I have also contact services from booking.com.
The hassle and conflict with the bookings is very vague, i just had to pay and go with it. Even I though I paid the night which is their daily rate and wanted me to pay over daily rate.
- Tyler (3/5): Won't honor booking prices - The room was pretty clean and had everything one would be accustomed to. The staff wouldn't honor the price that booking.Com quoted me. They said I couldn't stay there unless I paid their price, which was about 18% higher. The man at the front desk was a complete POS. You are only alloted one roll of toilet paper, after that you must pay extra. This hotel is trashy and desperate for your cash.
- Abhay (1/5): Not interested - The property no longer exists at that location. Was such an inconvenience. That it is still listed
- Prince (8/5): Very good -
- Javier (7/5): Nice hotel - Room was clean and big enough 30' away from main location
- Jiahong (1/5): Bad -
- Scottiee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (5/5): Passable - No complementary water and toiletries
- Elizabeth (5/5): It served its purpose but nothing else. - To be honest, not much. It was situated up 2 flights of very steep stairs, not good for a disabled traveler. The room did not have a window and I felt very much enclosed.
These things were not mentioned at all on the hotel description.
- Stewart (6/5): Pleasant - Location is ok. Close to capitol
Rooms are ok n clean. Ac works tv works
Hot shower too. Basic but cheap👍 Its 2 bottom floors are under
Construction. Its a little hard to find only because the address posted is wrong n phone number disconnected
But when u do find it. Its ok😁
- Gianna (3/5): OYO 920 does not exist. The ‘hotel’ is actually called The Boulevard. Don’t stay. - The full length mirror in the room. No soap in the bathroom. You needed to pay for drinking water, the actual building is falling apart. The air conditioner broke and the staff had to come in and play around with the cord till it turned on. No hot water. Very loud, not only could you hear the outside traffic but there were multiple people outside our door at 12am taking photos in the hallway. Location is walking distance to franchise restaurants - hope you like Burger King.
- Chelsea (4/5): Not the best stay! We checked in and all seemed well. Then the day after we were informed that there will be no electric - Location was good, comfy bed Facilities- no fridge or kettle, shower heads were not working properly. No hot water at all. No toiletries to wash hands ect. Blood stains on bed sheets and staff had to ask for management if it was ok to change them. Some of the building isn’t finished construction wise, when you first walk in it looks like your in a building site.
Little flys all over the room, bed sheets stained, bad quality pillows. Unclean as cobwebs all over and dust, I’m guess due to the construction.
- Donna (7/5): For one night it was fine - It was a brand new hotel and so was lovely and the staff were very helpful There was no soap available. The hot water did not work. There was a newly plastered wall which had not been painted so was dusty. Also location a bit dodgy. Didn’t really feel safe going out to get food
