• Claudia (7/5): Was good - I never has breakfast no body inform,no # to comunicate very difficult,very little bathroom To be able to speak with somebody when you have questions about the property
• Gergely (4/5): - Once we arrived and saw the actual conditions, we were honestly relieved we only had to stay here for one night. The bathroom is so tiny it’s almost cute — until you realize you have to squeeze through a narrow gap just to get into the shower, and there isn’t enough space to sit on the toilet comfortably, there’s simply no legroom. In the evening, planes were flying overhead roughly every 10 minutes, and there was an outdoor AC unit right on the other side of the wall by our heads that kept humming all night. We barely got any sleep. With a professional background in construction, it’s clear the building has very poor sound insulation, and overall the materials and quality of construction are disappointing. The photos I’ve included accurately reflect what we experienced.

• viajerocuantico (7/5): Agradable y buen precio - Estaba limpio, cómodo, las instrucciones para llegar fueron simples, pudimos hacer check-in antes lo cual se agradece No habían artículos de higiene y el agua un día no me salió caliente. Me hubiera gustado que hubieran cambiado las toallas cada día ya que hay mucha humedad y no se logran secar.

• Alexander (8/5): Quick, private, clean!!! Best bang for your buck - There was no breakfast per say. Haha. I lucked out catching a room next to the front entrance, it was private and perfect. Really clean, loved the AC!!! The address is VERY confusing. Had multiple Lyfts drive around the block on the opposite side of, including me because that’d where it was showing. They need to update the address to 2301 NW Fourth St. It helped out a lot!

• Takaki (8/5): 良かった。 - マイアミ空港から近いこと。ローンデポパークに歩いて15分で行けること。ダウンタウンまで歩いて1時間ちょっとで行けること。スーパーマーケットまで歩いて10分で行けること。オーナーの対応が早いこと。 部屋の清掃が2日に1回と聞いたと思ったけど、6泊で一度も無かったところ。

A 10 minutos de supermercados y buses que te llevan al Downtown. Bastante cerca de la pequeña habana. Las almohadas muy malas, deberían cambiarlas o poner 2 por persona ya que son muy bajas. Tenía hormigas el baño y la pieza.

• Iuliia (6/5): - Quiet location, close to the bus station. Uncomfortable bed, too soft. Tiny room, there is no space for baggage of two people. It is good only for one night if you are traveling light

• Trent (5/5): Okay to sleep for a night - It was ok to sleep for a night. It was a small room. The double bed took up most of the room. The bathroom was small also. I heard doors opening, people walking past my room and people talking outside my room. It's in a residential neighborhood so there is not any stores in walking distance. I was given the wrong door code, but fortunately a neighbor came over and called the owner who gave me another code to get in the front door.
