• Gordon (8/5): A fantastic apartment in a great location. - A beautiful, modern, well equipped apartment in a great location. Good underground parking. Close to shops, bars and public transport. The air conditioning didn’t function. This was reported several times and was unresolved when we left after 4 nights. The hair dryer did not work. We were told this would be replaced but it wasn’t. The handle to open the balcony door was extremely difficult to use.

Parking space was tight but we always found a street spot. We are a family of 5 and the place was fabulous. We loved Sevilla and this apartment as awesome No problems.

• Alina (6/5): No human interaction, only AI! No real help! Hard to open doors! - Be aware - there is no real person, only AI to communicate with. We could not open the door, were stranded outdoors, spent 20 minutes on the phone with help desk to open the door remotely (this was an international call for me since their number was not on WhatsApp.). Very tricky to open doors! Only works 10% of the time. Once we got the keys from inside, we only used keys. But be prepared to be stranded outside on arrival with no human help. Be aware - there is no real person, only AI to communicate with. We could not open the door, were stranded outdoors, spent 20 minutes on the phone with help desk to open the door remotely (this was an international call for me since their number was not on WhatsApp.). Very tricky to open doors! Only works 10% of the time. Once we got the keys from inside, we only used keys. But be prepared to be stranded outside on arrival with no human help. We did not have pillow cases on any of the pillows. Pillow cases were delivered on day 2. I demand partial refund to pay for my international call to open the doors.

Location walking distance to plaza de Espana. Steps to supermarket, NH hotel. Superb bakery n coffee just downstairs. The only tiny problem we could’t open door to balcony but staff offer help to send cleaner to open, however we couldn’t find the time to do it. Thank you for quick response. Nothing

A 2 km du centre, un grand parc à côté. l'accès à l'appartement. Enceinte fermée, à 3 immeubles très sécurisés, plusieurs codes... à ne pas arriver tard et fatigué. Après 2 jours , on gérait.

• Sebastien (10/5): Un appartement moderne incroyable, idéal pour visiter Seville en famille. - Un appartement moderne et incroyable dans le centre de Seville et à 5-10 min du tramway et de toutes les commodités. Idéal pour une grande famille (très propre, équipement, 4 chambres, 2 sdb, de l'espace, un grand balcon). Des prestations au top et un hôte très réactifs pour la moindre question. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable. Le full domotique est un peu déconcertant au début (fermeture des stores, la climatisation) mais cela va avec la modernité de la résidence. L'eau chaude aurait pu être un peu plus chaude.

• M3 (7/5): - Original booking of Unit was excellent in all aspects, modern,spacious, and considered as a smart apartment and public free car parking if space is available. Further feedback is for another Magno Unit Had to move to a different unit other than what was booked due to problems in air conditioning and technician availability after three days and agreed to move to another unit which was of less quality, space and no car parking but location was superb. The matter they mentioned that kept us fans in the rooms suggested the awernase of the AC problem prior to arrival, and no alternative was planned.

• Yi (9/5): Superb - - the apartment is clean and spacious. It has everything you need. - location is great, quiet but still close to the center. Public transport takes only 10mins to the center. - the staff are nice..very responsive and helpful. we had issues with the air conditioner, but I understand that this is something unexpected and out of everyone's control. The staff are helpful in providing alternatives and solutions . So despite that we have no air-conditioning for the last three days, I still think this is a good apartment for family.

• Antonina (10/5): It was really good! Defeinitely will come bck to this place, already saved to favourites. - The location is amazing. The property is very comfortable and cozy. The pool and air conditioning were saving us from high temperatures. The nearest bakery shop is just downstairs as well as a small traditional Spanish cafe. During the day and evening the balcony is in the shade which makes you to enjoy it fully. Very close to the park and city center, very quiet zone. The building is modern which makes you feel safe. Also my personal opinion that the fact you don't need the keys to enter - just codes, makes life so much easier not thinking about forgetting the keys) The only thing I would appreciate to have is the ice and dish soap) As well as something you can hang on the wet clothes or towels.
• Igor (10/5): Good stay, but some improvements could be made. - Accurate description. Good location. Some good restaurants are just around the corner. Self checkin, but the process is a little cumbersome, so pay attention to the details to the video with instructions. The rooms are nice and the apartment looks fresh. Check in process is complicated. Smart house controls were fighting back - we cannot adjust the room temperature below 24.5C, had to keep the windows open at night.

• Anant (10/5): We want to stay here again! - Spacious - it was double the size of similar priced properties in the centre of Seville yet only a few minutes away by tram (5 min walk and 5 min tram). Felt luxurious, very relaxing, super appliances including bean to cup coffee and nearby supermarket. Park for kids across the street and nearby cafes and bar. If you are reading this don’t look anywhere else - just book this one!
