Mikko (9/5): - Sijainti, parveke, vuokraajan kanssa kommunikointi oli loistavaa, mukava ja siisti asunto. Menisin ehdottomasti uudelleen. Pieniä asioita joita voisi vielä parantaa olisi saippuan ja kahvikapseleiden löytyminen asunnosta. Nämä olisi mukava olla ensimmäisenä iltana valmiina kuin majoittuu. Rappukäytävässä tuoksui viemäröinti, mutta se ei ole vuokraajasta riippuvainen asia.

Siobhan (10/5): - Well furnished compact apartment in an excellent location near the beach The apartment is lovely – stylishly furnished, clean, and compact but with plenty of room for three/four people. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was exactly as shown in the listing. Check-in was smooth and very straightforward, our flight was delayed by a few hours but our host was happy to accommodate for this. The living area has a smart TV with Netflix and other apps already logged in, which was a great bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nice

Gabriela (10/5): Estadia perfeita! Ótima localização e estrutura do apartamento. - Localização impecável. Bem perto dos pontos turísticos da cidade e de fácil acesso a estação de trem. O conforto e a estrutura do apartamento são perfeitas. Ótimo banho, cozinha e camas! O apartamento fica no terceiro andar, sem elevador. Para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida pode ser uma questão.

Fab location just steps from loads of restaurants, shops, and the tram Bedroom a little small (not possible to walk around bed) but otherwise comfy

Derek (9/5): Amazing - Great location and a lovely apartment. Communal stair area is having some remodelling from a recent flood so it felt a bit damp but this does NOT affect the actual apartment at all.
