Guest Reviews
- Le Ann (8/5): It was clean and comfortable - Easy getting in and parking was good. No office on site had to drive to the office for keys & return keys.

- Sheila (5/5): basically needed a place to stay on our way home from bemidji - didn't know there was a breakfast so didn't partake Finding the hotel really sucked. being the registration office is not located by the hotel made for a difficult time finding it
- John (7/5): - Location, clean,,value Bathroom door wouldn't shut no toilet paper dispenser ac heater very loud
- Curt (9/5): Good - Everything
- Christopher (8/5): Good - NA The door between the rooms, makes it so you can hear everything in the next room, the Rooms would great without the passthrough doors, less noise for sleeping
- Robert Tischner (8/5): - pool and hot tub! Breezy Point is a fun place to be at with so much to do.

- Guest (4/5): Disappointing - The location. There was an unclean bedspread with old cake on it, and there were old cake stains on the carpet. Uncomfortable bed, pillows, and they need to update their rooms, furniture & windows. I will not stay there again!
- Marcia (5/5): Basic. Don't expect amenities like a coffee pot! - Closeness to Breezy and surrounding towns. Room was clean, beds ok, enough towels. NO coffee pot! No hangers! Desk help very unpersonable. Motel doesn't take One Key rewards. Toilet leaked.
- Ekardell (7/5): If you just need a place to sleep, it's perfect. Not a resort. Just a room. Phone # is wrong - The price and location
Having a larger fridge with a separate freezer was convenient and nice to have in the room. Check-in is extremely confusing. There is no office. You actually have to check in at a building behind the Pelican gas station across and down the street like 2 blocks away. None of that is mentioned in the listing or confirmation. That would have been extremely good information to have had before we got here. And the phone number on the listing calls a property on Hawaii not affiliated with this listing.
The bar and restaurant and hotel all have the same parking lot. It was extremely difficult to find a space next to our room the 1st night.
We were in room 5. The furthest from the restaurant/bar. And right by an exit which was convenient considering parking.
The room is old. And SMALL. The pics are deceiving. The ac is extremely loud. The room was clean. The beds are double beds so previous complaints about them being small are silly because that's what we expected. Double beds aren't that big lol
There was a card in the room to dial 0 if we needed anything. There was no phone in which to do that. The light switch by the door doesn't seem to do anything. The lights were all unplugged but one. Thank goodness it was still light out when we arrived.
Overall, we needed a room that was convenient to the location we needed that didn't cost a fortune because we were only there to sleep. Adjust your expectations of what this place is. It's not a resort. It's a clean room in a nice location with lots of convenient things within walking distance.
We would stay again.
- Kristopher (8/5): Great amenities for the $ - Central location, ease of sign in & staff was prompt & professional N/A
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jessica (5/5): Passable - The place was clean The beds were way to small not comfortable at all
- Rhonda (3/5): Find somewhere else to stay.z - Carpet was filthy and stained. Opened our room and someone else was already there. Lock on the door was not secure. Could not reach anyone by telephone to find out where to check in. Check in was at a building a couple blocks away.
- Nancie (5/5): Passable - Convenient. It was also nice that the restaurant is attached. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The carpet needs replacing. No coffee.
- Tell (7/5): Good -
