• Sebastian (1/5): - The only thing that is good about this accommodation is localization The room is in way worse condition than at the photos. It looks dirty and worn. There was no bed as photos show, just euro pallets that weren't even enough to cover the mattress. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

• Nicky (1/5): Incorrect advertising - Nothing The place is a room with no bathroom it is not an apartment as advertised. The blinds were broken so cant be closed. It is not a secure room and felt unclean. The provider refused to provide a refund and ignored communication. Booking.com was no help at all and refused to take responsability for the booking.

• Elvio (4/5): I wouldn't stay here again. - - Self-check-in - The bathroom is large - The air conditioning was good - The bed is hard, so you have to sleep on the blanket instead of under it - The floor leaves plastic film under your feet when you walk barefoot - Our room didn't have a TV - Our room wasn't like the one in the photo; it was basically much smaller and unfurnished - There were mosquitoes everywhere in the room, which is a serious disease risk - The toilet paper was very poor quality - When you return the key, you have to put it in a mailbox, which is open to anyone and can steal the keys - The main door of the building is open to everyone; no keys are required, while a key is only needed to enter individual rooms

• Ame (10/5): perfect - If you're looking for an affordable hotel in the city center, I highly recommend this place. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and it's very convenient for getting around. You can check in anytime, and the self-check-in process is very easy.

• Samuel (6/5): Overalll, a decent lowcost place to stay - Good location, aircon is good if you like a cold room. Reasonably quiet, away from the main nightlife but not too far. The bed is not exactly the most comfortable. The staff could have cleaned my room more than once during my 15 days there. The security is a bit iffy, anyone can walk in and be outside your door which has a single flimsy lock.

• Sana (7/5): Efficient, overall nice - The place is in a great location near the BTS station, the area is nice. There are three major hotels on the same street and even though the busy party street was on the neighbouring block, there was absolutely no noise, it was very quiet. The place is quite clean, you are provided with bottles of drinking water, as well as fresh towels. Shampoo and body wash are included as well, also a mini-fridge and a kettle. The aircon is nice and strong. The floors were a bit stained, though not a big issue and the floor is linoleum and not carpet, I would still advise using flippers inside. There was no soap which was a bummer, especially after a long trip, I was saved only because I had my own bar of soap. Also there is basically no kitchen area, no microwave, not a problem if you eat out but just be aware. No laundry area but you can buy small amount of laundry detergent in a Turtle store for cheap or go to a laundromat.

• Steve (5/5): CONCRETE BED - The room was clean and neat. The bed was as hard as the concrete floor! I had to leave because the bed was so uncomfortable. I would moan in the middle of the night because it was so hard. I had to try to put pillows underneath me to make it feel softer. I absolutely had to leave and go to another hotel totally because of the bed.
• Trevor (6/5): Ok but would not stay again - The Staff Lady cleaner was very helpful whenever I needed help There was no remote with the Tv one was given to me but it did not work, one of the Blinds would not work unable to close properly. Mostly bare concrete floor and flimsy table and chairs, room downstairs front to road a bit noisy, overall reasonable value.

• Xiao (8/5): Good option for a short stay in Bangkok - Good location (convenient but quiet); great value for the money; spacious bathroom; daily courtesy bottled water from the staff. There is no curtain separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom, so water will spill out and form a puddle. The check-out instruction is not accurate and needs updating - you are supposed to leave the key inside the room instead of the box in which you retrieve it.
