• Liming (10/5): Wonderful! - 这次东京之行能订到这家民宿，真的超级幸运！！ 首先位置绝佳，步行就能到银座，逛街购物吃美食都超方便～ 房间是公寓式的，有洗衣机厨房，很适合长住。还配了戴森吹风机，细节真的很用心。 附近就有超市，我们还买了和牛自己回来做，边玩边体验生活，感觉特别棒。 入住流程也很简单，完全不费心。房东也很耐心，有什么问题都会及时解答 整体体验真的没得挑，位置、设施、服务全都满分！强烈推荐给来东京玩或者打算住久一点的朋友，绝对会爱上这里！

• Dylan (9/5): Nice Tokyo, stay in a convenient location. - The location is amazing,with excellent rail links. You can also stroll into Ginza with an easy 1km walk. The room was very clean and well set-up. The room is small, but it's Tokyo and that is standard throughout the city at this price point.

• Stephanie (4/5): It is not worth the money - The location is conveniently located in central Tokyo. The entire apartment is small but has almost everything you need to stay: the kitchenette, the beds, a bathroom with a bath tub, a table with four chairs, and a washing machine. 1. The apartment has no elevator (thanks for the staff who helped us to move the luggages). 2. The room is so small that it is hard to move inside the room, not to mention opening the luggages. It feels so cramped and uncomfortable. No one can move freely; you have to coordinate everyone's move so you can actually get to where you want to be. Everyone has the experience of bumping into something sometimes. The point is --- with that high price I paid for the room, I expect a more comfortable stay. Yes, the location is convenient, and close to the metro, but honestly, many hotels in Tokyo are close to metro stations, you have a lot of other choices. There is nothing special about this place. You can easily find good alternatives. In fact, the high price and the beautiful marketing photos and words made the experience even more disappointing. This hotel literally pushes the customers to rethink the question: how much money would you pay for the location and sacrifice the comfort? The interior design maximize the space to put as many things as possible at the cost of ignoring the people who actually stay inside. It makes sense if the price is lower. However, the high price it asks for hardly justifies itself.

• Rosalba (1/5): In my opinion, you should take away from this place. - Good position, very close to the metro station, a few minutes walking from Ginza. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and the beaufiful Tsukiji fish market. Decently clean. We stayed in two different apartments in this faclity, both for 3 guests, and it was an awful experience. If you are overweight you won't be able to use the toilet because the room it's too small. If your foot is larger than size 35 (EU) you will not be able to rest it entirely on the steps of the staircase, which is also very steep. No space between beds and walls, you have to climb on the bed. Absolutely no space for clothes, we had to keep everything in our luggage. You can't use shoes in the apartment (good, same in my home) but they don't provide disposable slippers, you find the same everybody else uses. You can't open windows so the only way to purify air is the air conditioning. This makes also impossible to cook in the apartment, unless you want to sleep with the smell of your noodles. There is a washing machine (Japanese instructions only) but no place to hang the clothes unless you use an hidden cable you have to unwind from one wall to the other across the room (no istructions about this in the apartment). The worst part was the TOTAL ABSENCE OF ASSISTANCE from the staff. Everytime we asked for information the answer was "sorry we can't help you, try something else" and, due to a late arrival of the cleaning staff, we lost a very expensive reserved tour.

• Adam (10/5): I’d stay here again for sure ! - Super clean, modern and highly functional No elevator so it may be a bit challenging to get luggage in and out if you’re on a higher floor but the staff are great and will help you carry your stuff.
