• Voynin (7/5): - Emplacement très bon, à proximité immédiate du centre-ville historique ainsi que des lignes 3 et 4 de tramway. Cependant, l'appartement se situant non loin d'un restaurant de fruits de mer, l'odeur à l'extérieur en sortant peut être désagréable. La petite terrasse extérieure est très agréable. La salle d'eau avec douche et toilette est étroite. Attention, comme la douche n'est pas fermée et que la pente de son sol est un peu faible, de l'eau s'échappe vite dans le reste de la salle d'eau, et on peut d'ailleurs voir des problèmes de moisissures à plusieurs endroits. L'utilisation du four n'est pas évidente, un petit manuel ou guide serait bienvenu. La bouilloire est fonctionnelle mais la poignée est cassée, donc son utilisation était un peu embêtante. Les lits sont plutôt confortables, mais des draps-housses seraient préférables aux draps plats qui se défont trop facilement pendant la nuit.

• Alain (8/5): - Agréable appartement en rez-de-chaussée ! Très bien équipé ! Calme et très bien situé Un souci d'étanchéité de la fenêtre de la salle d'eau entraînant des invasions de moustiques... à corriger d'urgence, une moustiquaire est indispensable !

• Tammy (8/5): Lovely apartment with a great location! - The location was excellent, walking distance to most things I wanted to see. I loved the washer and the patio. The AC worked wonderfully in the living room. There were a few bumps upon arrival. There was no hot water the first day and many of the electrical outlets did not work. The host very quickly fixed the situation and all was fine. It was a little difficult to figure out the WiFi without any directions, so that should be included in the welcome packet. The neighbors' kids were a little loud at time and there may have been renovations being done upstairs as there was occasionally a lot of banging.
