• fausto (10/5): Tutto ottimo - Posizione bellissima vicino al castello. Il centro raggiungibile in 12 minuti
• Happy Traveller (10/5): - Perfekte Lage gleich neben der Burg direkt im Stadtzentrum; sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und komfortable Wohnung; hübscher Garten. Es wäre ev. hilfreich, wenn bereits in der Beschreibung des Apartments darauf hingewiesen wird, dass man sich nach der Buchung per WhatsApp in Verbindung setzen muss und online die Ortstaxe bezahlen muss, bevor man die Zugangsdetails erhält. Möglicherweise verwenden nicht alle Gäste dieses Kommunikationsmedium. Da ich erst einen Tag im Voraus gebucht habe, konnte ich leider nicht direkt mit den Besitzern in Kontakt treten.
• Kathrin (10/5): Es war super und ich habe es sehr genossen. - Die Lage im Borgo Castello ist sehr schön. Das historische Gebäude ist beeindruckend, ebenso die Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist super, das Appartement sauber, die kleine Terrasse gemütlich. Nur Kleinigkeiten: Das Video zum Auffinden des Schlüssels könnte klarer sein. Ein Tisch auf der Terrasse wäre perfekt! Die gute Lage hat den Nachteil, dass das Appartement etwas abgelegen ist. (Keine Kaffees und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Einkäufe müssen raufgetragen werden.)
• Manuela (10/5): Wir haben uns schnell wohlgefühlt. - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. DIe Küche gut ausgestattet! Gratis Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe. -
• GiulioFZ (10/5): Perfetto - L'appartamento è semplicemente perfetto. Personalmente non amo le locazioni turistiche, spesso totalmente impersonali, ma questo è evidentemente un appartamento concepito per abitarci, arredato e decorato in modo perfetto e con gusto, senza fronzoli "turistici". La posizione è comoda per arrivare in centro a Gorizia a piedi, proprio sotto il castello (bellissimo!) e con un parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri. Il piccolo giardino è la ciliegina sulla torta! Peccato esserci fermati solo una notte. Giusto un consiglio: la procedura di checkin online è un po' farraginosa.

• Maria Antonia (9/5): - Appartamento molto accogliente, con carattere, non anonimo, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato Posizione vicina al Castello molto suggestiva, ma è stato necessario usare l'auto propria per raggiungere il centro città
• Michael (9/5): Schön, aber nicht sehr herzlich. - Tolle Lage, schönes Appartement mit allem Komfort den man sich wünschen kann. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen und der Online Check-in wirkt etwas umständlich. Man wird aufgefordert sie per WhatsApp zu kontaktieren und steht dann plötzlich in Kommunikation mit einer Firma namens "Snapstay", der man sämtliche Daten anvertrauen soll.... könnte man auch für Scam halten, hat aber unterm Strich dann gut funktioniert. Außerdem waren zwei Insektengitter defekt.

• Maddie (9/5): Hübsche Wohnung auf der Burg - Schöne Wohnung oben auf der Burg. Hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Nette kleine Terrasse mit zwei Klappstühlen mit Aussicht auf den Garten und ein Stück schöne Landschaft. Die Ausstattung war für unseren Aufenthalt genau richtig. Obwohl es sehr heiß war, war die Wohnung relativ kühl. Es gibt zwei Lüftungsgeräte, keine Klimaanlage. Check in hat gut funktioniert. Es gibt zahlreiche ausführliche automatisierte Nachrichten von den Vermieterinnen, aber auf meine individuellen Fragen wurde nicht eingegangen. Eine Erklärung zur Mülltrennung und Lage der Mülltonnen wäre gut. QR-Code fürs WLAN statt kryptischem Passwort wären auch noch ein Vorschlag.

La comunicazione con l' host all'inizio difficoltosa ( il check in e' online) poi risolta ma se viene fornito il numero di telefono è opportuno rispondere in caso di necessità
