• Fabio (8/5): Schöne renovierte Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt, parken nur im öffentlichen Bereich möglich - Sehr zentrale Lage, mitten in der Innenstadt von Puerto de la Cruz. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte im näheren Umkreis (wenige Minuten zu Fuß). Pedro ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Check-in am Anreisetag hat schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Im Februar war es unangenehm kühl in der Wohnung, aber Pedro hat uns sofort ein mobiles Heizgerät besorgt. Schnelles WLAN vorhanden. - Während des Aufenthaltes wurde eine Wohnung im Nachbarhaus renoviert. Der Baulärm von 9 bis 17 Uhr war deutlich hörbar, weshalb die Unterkunft für eine Workation derzeit nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen ist. - Tagsüber und auch abends war es im öffentlichen Innenhof (Plaza Enrique Talg) oft sehr laut, da er ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Menschen aller Altersgruppen ist. - Ein Parkplatz in der vorhandenen Tiefgarage steht nicht zur Verfügung, und in der näheren Umgebung einen zu finden war nahezu unmöglich. Wir haben es mehrmals versucht und mussten schließlich immer auf den öffentlichen Parkplatz an der Explanda del Muelle ausweichen (ca. 15 Min. Fußweg, dafür kostenlos). - Leider nur eine kleine Mikrowelle mit Grill-Funktion vorhanden.

• Linh (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine super zentrale Lage und alles war fussläufig erreichbar: Restaurants, Bars, das Meer, Supermärkte und auch das Parkhaus am Martianez Shopping Center. Als Tourist mit Mietwaen erhält man dort Rabatt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben dort viel gekocht und uns wohl gefühlt. Pedro hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank! :) Alles war super!
• Konstantin (10/5): Это была лучшая неделя отдыха на Тенерифе - Это был потрясающий отдых, начиная с момента удобного дистанционного заселения вплоть до выезда. Внутри квартира была идеально чистая: кровати, постельное и самое главное тяжелые одеяла были безумно комфортные, посуды хватало в избытке, мы очень часто пользовались кухней и общей зоной. У стиральной машины есть функция сушки! Мы заметили ее не сразу. Помимо кофемашины также есть чайник, что для Испании редкость. Светлые, просторные апартаменты, которые идеально подошли для 5 человек разных возрастов. Местоположение тоже супер, до ближайшего магазина идти 5 минут, много кафе и баров рядом, но так, что от них не слышно шума. До набережной идти минут 10-15. Несколько раз общались с хозяином по телефону – очень доброжелательный приятный человек! Без сомнения остановились бы еще раз. И всем рекомендуем выбирать этот вариант, отличное соотношение цена-качество. Все было потрясающе, единственные небольшие минусы: входная дверь в подъезд плохо открывается, а также дверь в один из туалетов плохо закрывалась, поскольку она такая, как от «шкафа-купе», но нам это не доставляло неудобств. Наверное, было бы классно дополнить кухню парой капсул для стиральной и посудомоечной машины, пришлось покупать самостоятельно, в остальном никаких замечаний!

• John (9/5): Excellent location. Modern, clean and spacious. Recommended. - Excellent location - it's hard to imagine anywhere better. It's right in the heart of the town, but is still quiet in the evening as it's not on a road. The supermarket is very close, as are many restaurants and shops. The apartment is modern and clean. Being let in initially relies upon contact through WhatsApp and we had a nervous 10 minutes waiting for a response, but all was fine after that. There was more than enough room for the three of us (there's capacity for more). We stayed for 7 nights, and it met our expectations as a great base from which to cycle the north of the island. I would happily book again. There are no major issues with the apartment. The wifi range was quite limited, so it might be an idea to use a mesh network if possible to make sure the whole apartment is covered. The cooking facilities were adequate, but also a bit limited. We had to buy a tin opener, for example. A sharper knife would be great, along with more utensils (multiple chopping boards, measuring jug, etc) and perhaps an air fryer to replace the lack of an oven (there's a small microwave with grill function). I guess a lot of people don't cook while on holiday, though. We did see 'regulars' using the benches in the square below for a drinking/sleeping spot, as another reviewer mentioned, but there was nothing I would consider concerning about it.

Los alrededores, mucha suciedad, se veía a personas bebiendo y consumiendo en la plaza que hay justo debajo, e incluso durmiendo en los bancos. Y para aparcar no te queda otra que dejarlo en el parking del centro comercial.
