• Alexander (8/5): - Es war schön zentral als 10min ca bis in die Innenstadt. Naja bisschen doof fand ich es das kein TV auf den Zimmern gab sondern nur den TV unten im Hof.
• Timothy (1/5): Not as advertised it said free toiletries but nothing not even a TV or kettle i want my money back - It wasn't what advertised on booking. Com I didn't stay more than an hour booked myself in other hotel There was nothing in the room only a bed and wardrobes and towels in the bathroom not even toilet roll its yge first time I left a place for what I had to pay i expecting more nof buy your own stuff

• sang kyung (9/5): - 리버풀 기차역에서 도보로 10분 이내 위치 주위는 대학교 앞이여서 조용하고 깨끗했음 방도 너무 좁지 않고 침대도 편했음 호스트들이 친절함 방에 책상만 있고 의자가 없었는데 요청하니 바로 가져다주심 책상이 넓어서 일하기 편했음 다음에 리버풀에 또 방문한다면 재방문 의사 있음 헤어드라이기가 없음 (대여도 안됐음) 방음이 취약함 볼거리가 몰려있는 시내에서는 조금 거리가 있는 편 (도보로 30분이면 갈수 있고 숙소앞에 버스도 많긴 함)

• Thea (5/5): It was good - Location was good. It did what needed to be done. The sheets kept coming off the bed. You cannot use the kitchen, and if you do there may be fees. The walls were a bit beaten up and the lights+metal bed gave a prison feel to the room.

• Marco (6/5): Pleasant - Good bedroom with ensuite. 10 minutes from the centre and 5 from the university The mattress was awful. They are renovating everything but they should replace old, thin mattresses.
• Francisco (4/5): Not worth the money - Only the staff and a little bit of the location -The check in was awful, more than 1 hour ! WHEN I ARRIVED THEY COULD NOT FIND MY BOOKING. -The bedroom had a lot of problems, the toilet did not worked, the chair was broken...and I had to ask for help all the time ! -The WiFi did not work or was too difficult to connect
• Michelle (7/5): I would stay again, cheap and fine for us - Good location, rooms were fine, Clean enough, fine to stay for a few days while we were at a nearby festival. Good heating in room and hot water all fine. tv didn’t have basic freeview, no aerial so can only access apps such as iPlayer. Floors weren’t hoovered or swept before our stay

• Mrsmc (7/5): Reasonable value for money but would not recommend due to reasons mentioned. - Very friendly helpful and efficient receptionist who went out of her way to help and provide a great welcome.All the property team were welcoming warm and engaging. The bed was quite UNcomfortable the kitchen was clean but with seemingly no cups or glasses even when requested.Reserving through Booking.com removes guest stay responsibility to a telephone ‘team’ who thought friendly seemingly do not have access to the ‘room renovations’ schedule which (starting with a loud early a.m wake up knock from a plumber) required me to vacate my room for several hours, with both reception and ‘team’ denying any responsibility to assist.VERY onerous guest check in requirements from ‘team’ insisting on 3 forms of ‘valid INTERNATIONAL ID’ And a ‘proof of life’ selfie before reservation details sent though AFTER payment taken.
