• Stu (7/5): - The size of the house and garden. Got blocked in by a van parking in front of drive
• Naila (1/5): horrible - Very disappointing stay, especially given the listing and prior assurances from the host. We arrived late at night and only properly assessed the property the following morning. While the layout generally matches the photos, the overall condition, cleanliness, and maintenance standards were significantly below expectations. There were multiple issues throughout the property, including visible mold in the bathroom/shower area, dirty flooring, stained walls, and generally poor upkeep. The kitchen cabinets were not clean inside, and the kitchen light was not working. We also experienced inconsistent hot water during the stay. The biggest issue for our group was the sofa sleeping arrangement. The sofa was visibly dirty, and although duvets and pillows were provided, there were no proper sheets or covers, making it unhygienic and unusable. As a result, several guests could not sleep there and had to share beds unexpectedly, which was very inconvenient for a group stay. Additionally, the bathroom/toilet lock was not functioning, which made privacy difficult for a group of six adults and two children sharing one bathroom. Basic supplies such as kitchen roll/tissue were also missing. We had raised concerns based on previous reviews before arrival, and the host had reassured us that these issues had been addressed. Unfortunately, many of the same problems still appeared to exist. The host did respond after we raised the issues and offered to arrange cleaning and maintenance, but no actual arrangements were put in place during our stay. To add to the experience, on the first morning, workers entered the garden area without prior notice to carry out fence repairs. As guests, we had not been informed of any scheduled work, which was unsettling, especially with children present. Overall, the condition of the property and the disruption caused made this a very disappointing experience.

• Céline (7/5): Séjour agréable - L'appartement était super propre et spacieux. L'hôte est très réactif et arrangeant. Stationnement juste devant le logement. Arrêt de bus à 10 minutes à pied, métro à 15 minutes environ. Eau de la douche difficile à régler. Peu de vaisselle, manque un saladier par exemple et des plats. Quartier assez pauvre mais nous nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. Il faut environ 50-60 min pour rejoindre le centre de Londres en transport. Le jardin pourrait être plus agréable, c'est dommage.

• Alan (2/5): - Very poor accomodation, quilt cover for a sheet, electricity kept tripping out, leak in bathroom, no tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc, poor parking on drive, other cars park across drive.

• Magdalena Elena (9/5): Un sejur la un pret corect! - O proprietate spatioasa in care au stat 7 persoane destul de confortabil. Spatiul este bine organizat- un wc de serviciu la parter si baie la etaj, bucatarie si loc de luat masa la parter. Am apreciat faptul ca proprietarul a acceptat early check-in- adica la ora 10:30, ceea ce a fost convenabil pentru calatoria noastra. Multe comentarii au spus ca distanta fata de metrou e mare- e cam de 15 minute de mers pe jos, dar nu e un impediment atat de mare, avand in vedere ca ai acces la orice obiectiv sau zona din Londra iti doresti. In living e putin cam frig, un calorifer nu se incalzeste prea bine. De asemenea, instalatia electrica din living e deficitara- cand incercam sa folosim o priza de acolo, sarea siguranta de pe parter, deci, priza era inutilizabila.
• Abdulkadir (3/5): - Location, parking, size Our booking was for six people, but the accommodation was only suitable for five. Although sofa beds were provided, there were no extra mattress toppers, covers, or bedding, and the sofas were not very clean. This resulted in an extremely uncomfortable situation where two adults had to share a single bed. We arrived at midnight and were too tired to follow up with the host. In addition, the water was not consistently warm in the evening, and in the morning it was completely cold. Due to our early check-out, we were unable to contact the property to resolve the issue, which meant we were left without showers.

• Siddharth (7/5): Excellent spacious property - perfect for groups - We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom property. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, with everything you could possibly need already set up. It’s ideal for larger groups traveling together. The laundry facilities were a real bonus - having both a washing machine and dryer made our stay so much more convenient, especially for a longer visit. We stayed during the peak winter season and were thoroughly impressed with the heating system. The entire house stayed warm and cozy throughout, and even the bedding was perfectly comfortable for the cold weather. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was important for our group as we planned to cook most of our meals. We had everything we needed to prepare proper home-cooked food without any issues. While we didn’t use the garden or pool due to the season, it’s definitely a nice feature to have available, particularly for guests visiting during warmer months. Parking was hassle-free - the driveway easily accommodated our large car with plenty of space. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay and we’d highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a well-maintained, spacious home that can comfortably accommodate a group. Just bit too long walk for nearby tube station.
