- Anna (7/5): Cold place in winter and unpleasant customer service - The apartment was new and nicely furnished. The kitchen had almost everything needed for preparing meals, good quality equipments. - No customer service, rude responses, and zero chance for early check-in or late checkout (high extra cost even when there are no bookings before or after you) - cold temperature in the main room in the winter (it was 19 degrees!) and the thermostat was on full (no chance to change it) - shower in the morning was cold! - the instructions for check-in were not accurate, there were no keys, only code that was given, not even in full, only 18 minutes before check-in!
