• Urša (1/5): - Rating: 1/10 – Absolutely Avoid This apartment is completely uninhabitable and nothing like the pictures. • No heating and no hot water – the apartment is freezing, and showering is impossible. • Misleading photos – the doors shown in the listing appear to be in good condition, but in reality they are in terrible shape, damaged, and unsafe. • Broken entrance door with visible holes – a serious safety concern. • Very sketchy and unsettling access to the apartment – the way to the apartment feels unsafe and poorly maintained. • No privacy – people are drying clothes directly outside the window. • Internet and TV not working – cables are disconnected and unusable. This listing is misleading and unacceptable. The apartment should not be offered for rent under these conditions. I am requesting a full refund. Do not book this place.
• Bela (1/5): NU RECOMAND! - Am ajuns seara in Budapesta, nu am primit codurile de acces după efectuarea check in -ului. Am așteptat minim jumătate de oră până ne-a răspuns un robot și am putut intra. La intrarea în camera am constatat faptul că am primit camera după alți oaspeți exact așa cum a fost lăsat , nefiind făcută curățenie sau schimbate lenjeriile . Coșurile de gunoi pline , prosoapele folosite . Normal că am căutat alta cazare și am plecat de acolo. După ce am sesizat bookingol de toate aceste probleme , nu am primit înapoi banii plătiți deoarece proprietarul nu răspunde nici lor ! Imposibil de contactat aceasta proprietate.
