• David (10/5): PARFAIT POUR UN COURT OU LONG SEJOUR - Très bon hôtel idéalement situé dans la partie basse de la OLD VILLE, ce qui évite les fortes montées et rend les déplacements beaucoup plus agréables. Les parties communes sont propres et bien entretenues, la réception est impeccable et très professionnelle. La responsable est toujours à l’écoute des clients et veille constamment à leur bien-être, ce qui fait vraiment la différence. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, dans un style russe simple mais appréciable. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et confortable, avec une salle de bain entièrement équipée. Le service de chambre est également excellent et très réactif. Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel, où je me suis senti réellement bien accueilli et pris en charge. à Tbilissi, il y a beaucoup de chiens errants dans les rues. Ils ne sont absolument pas dangereux et restent généralement très calmes, mais malheureusement, l’un d’eux avait pris l’habitude d’aboyer chaque nuit, ce qui me réveillait régulièrement. Cela dit, ce problème est totalement indépendant de l’hôtel et ne relève absolument pas de la responsabilité de l’établissement ou du personnel.

• Norbert (9/5): Schöne Altstadt - Preis/Leistung sehr gut, Lage top, Personal sehr freundlich. Die Wände sind sehr dünn, u.U. kann das zu Geräuschbelästigung führen. Die Abflussrohre verursachen einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch.

• Özlem Eylem (7/5): Kısa süreli konaklamalar için değerlendirilebilir - Konumu ve otoparkı olması çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Odanın biraz daha konforlu olması gerekirdi. Fakat internet çok kötüydü, neredeyse hiç kullanamadık. Çalışanların biraz daha sıcak ve mutlu olmasını tercih ederdim.

• Angelique (9/5): Très bien. - L'hôtel était très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville avec une vue magnifique. La secrétaire brune était très gentille et serviable. Le parking était très pratique pour garer la voiture. La chambre sentait un peu le renfermé, mais après beaucoup d'aération ça allait mieux. La secrétaire blonde n'était jamais à la réception et n'ouvrait jamais la porte du parking quand j'arrivais malgré les caméras, ce qui m'obligeait à laisser la voiture sur la route et bloquer le trafic pendant que j'allais à la réception lui demander d'ouvrir.

• EVANGELIA (10/5): Amazing place in Tbilisi - Best value for money accommodation. Was close to everything. Only 5-10 min walk from the most central part of the city. Spacious and comfortable. We had the best time. Also amazing view from our room. Breakfast was mediocre.

Customer service was excellent, a special thank you to Salome who helped me get some of my lost property sent to the hotel to be there for my arrival. There was another female receptionist who helped provide us with advice and moved us rooms when there was another issue with a leak. Also, the woman who does the cleaning and prepares the breakfast was lovely. No real coffee at breakfast, only instant coffee

Les chambres avec balcon au 3ème et au 4ème étage sont particulièrement agréables (belle vue sur la ville). Les salles de baiins sont modernes et fonctionnent bien. Le personnel est serviable et sympa. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

• Miroslava (10/5): - Для нас это лучшее место для проживания в Тбилиси , в старой части города. Основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности (серные бани, водопад, крепость и многое другое). Да и сами улочки живописные с дорогами вымощенные камнем. Гостиница маленькая, что создаёт домашний уют. Разнообразные завтраки (шведский стол): каши, салаты, хлопья, свежие фрукты, сладости и многое другое: мы уходили сытые! В комнате уютно, удобная кровать для сна, просторный и функциональный санузел. Прекрасный вид из окна. Хозяйка отлично говорт на русском и английском. Рекомендую, сами тоже будем здесь останавливаться, когда приедем в Тбилиси!

• Phira (10/5): It was a wonderful stay! - The staff there were absolutely great! They were very very helpful and always available. The location was great too. Very near to many famous areas. Just had to walk few miles to those places. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was really great too. Liked all the varieties of food. There was no lift and we had to go to the 4th floor with our stuff which was the only thing. However, with the staff with being so nice, it all gets canceled out! ☺️

• paul (9/5): A perfect place to stay for a city break . - If you're looking for a friendly, small budget hotel in a great location within walking distance of the city this is a great option, the staff couldn't have been nicer, the room was warm comfortable and quiet , with a good ensuite, the hotel location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the visitor attractions and the city in general.

Özgürlük meydanına yürüyerek 12-20 dk sürüyor.Gürcü anaya çıkmak için kullanılan teleferiğe, alışveriş merkezine yürüyerek gitmek mümkün sadece abidelere gitmek için bolt kullandık. Temizlik isterseniz anahtarı bırakmanız yeterli gayet temizdi. Kahvaltı olarak Türkiye ile kıyaslamak tabi ki doğru değil ama yumurta,tereyağı,reçel,ekmek,çay,meyve her şey vardı. Otelden erken çıkış yaptık uçağımız akşamdı bavulları muhafaza ettiler. Çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim. Asansör olmadığı için 4.kata kadar merdiven ile çıktık çok eşyamız olmadığı için zorlanmadık ama fazla olduğu zaman zorlayabilir.

• Danny White (5/5): Nice Staff, but Very Poor Heating And WiFi - On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful. Luka at the reception was very polite and friendly. I stayed at ZP Hotel during the winter and unfortunately the main issue was the heating. The room and bathroom could not be warmed up properly. The air conditioner was not enough, and the radiators were completely cold — even in the bathroom. The tiles were so cold that it was uncomfortable to stand on them. This is a very big problem in the winter season, and I would not recommend this hotel to families with small children at all. Another disadvantage is that the hotel does not have an elevator, which makes it inconvenient for older guests, people with small children, or anyone carrying heavy luggage. Additionally, the Wi-Fi on the 4th floor was almost unusable, with only one or two weak bars, making it practically impossible to use However, due to the serious heating problem (and very weak Wi-Fi), I cannot recommend this hotel in the winter.

• NATALIIA (8/5): - Отличное расположение, все рядом, при этом тихий район. Было холодно, и отапливать приходилось кондиционером. Плюс шторы неплотно были зафиксированы, и их никто не поправлял.

• Olga (1/5): - Не удалось побывать в этом отеле, т.к. администратор уже в дату заселения , когда до заселения оставалось 30 минут, мы 5 часов находились в пути на автомобиле, еще были в дороге, позвонила и сообщила, что свободных номеров нет!!!! При этом брон поврние было подтверждено! Это был треш. Нам пришлось усталым останавливаться на обочине , в дороге, где интернет нестабильный, и пытаться найти другую гостиницу. Конечно, настроение было испорчено, конечно, в таком режиме времени на долгие поиски не было, от стресса я просто разрыдалась.Хотите рискнуть, бронируйте этот отель.
