Drop off by taxi was easy , there is a small pull over area in front of the building that makes it possible. Was a bit hard for us to carry luggage up the few steps but that is to be expected in old buildings in old town areas. Kitchen area a bit cramped.

• Jane (7/5): Nice position but facilities could have been better for the price. - Location was excellent No basic provisions eg tea bags, milk, water on the fridge. 6 coffee pods but that was it. Bed had a sheet me a throw No clothes drying facilities. It rained and was cold for half the time and i was recommended to use a hair blow dryer to dry my clothes.

• gabriella (5/5): Sul mare - Fronte spiaggia e a piedi dal centro. L'host ci ha gentilmente aiutato a raggiungere l'appartamento. Purtroppo devo segnalare che la descrizione dell' appartamento non è fedele. Le camere infatti sono solo 2 ( 1 leaving e 1 camera da letto) e non 1 leaving room e 2 camere da letto. L'ho fatto presente all'host che, seccato, mi ha proposto di lasciare l'appartamento con promessa di rimborso. Siamo rimasti spiazzati dalla reazione scortese.

The apartment has everything you need and is directly across the road from a beautiful beach. The old town is a five minutes walk with restaurants, bakeries and a minimart all close by.

• Louise (8/5): Perfect for a short break. - Perfect location - a beach opposite, and a 5 minute walk to the old town, restaurants and bars. Very comfortable and clean, good facilities.Excellent communication before we arrived. The host arranged our transfers from and to the airport and we couldn't fault the friendly helpful driver. He was a credit to the host! Unfortunately, and this is not a reflection of the host, it was a bit noisy at night as people walked through the alleyway.
• Christy (7/5): Beautiful location just outside of Old town. - The location was great. Not directly in old town but within walking distance, and directly across from Banja beach. You can see the old fort from the unit which was great. Not enough electrical outlets. The bed was hard and not overly comfortable. Had the bedding been nicer it would have made the bed overall more comfortable. The unit has a nice TV however the max volume is so low it can barely be heard from the bed. We like to watch TV and unwind after a long day of sightseeing and it was disappointing we couldn’t enjoy the TV. The building next door was playing very loud music Sunday night after 10pm (I think it finally ended sometime after midnight). We closed the doors to the bedroom and that helped a bit. But this could be challenging if you have little ones (which we did not). Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment.
• Jinn (9/5): Superb - The apartment is within walking distance to the Old Town and Banje Beach, which is very convenient for us as a small family, especially when carrying our little one. Being a ground floor unit, there’s no need to climb stairs, which adds to the ease. The apartment also offers a lovely scenic view right in front of it. It is a bit pricey, but we felt it was worthwhile for the comfort and convenience it provided.

An area to eat in the kitchen wound be useful we didn't understand that the bedroom would also be the dining area.

It has everything you need and in a comfortable location, at walking distance of the main attractions of one of the most amazing cities I"ve ever visited. It also has a very nice sea and Old town view from the window. It is perfect for a Holiday, but also because it is managed by nice and friendly people, and that means a lot to me.

Lovely beach on the other side of the road with a bar / restaurant (which can be very busy in high season), the view from the main bedroom out the window is cute. Great responsiveness from the host. Good aircon and wifi, and washing machine definitely a plus. Hadn't realised that once you enter the place you are straight into a bedroom / kitchenette area, then the bathroom / separate toilet, then the second bedroom...but that's the layout. It could also be cleaner, the bathroom in particular. Overall, good value.

When I did need to contact the owner about the entrance location and code as well as luggage storage he was immediately responsive. This is an apartment - not a hotel so was a little tricky to find the door to the apartment at first. (The instructions had been sent to me through the app but I hadn’t seen them) We were getting met by a cruise ship at the end of our stay and had to find luggage storage which cost us another 20 euros.

He also stopped at a viewing point so we could take pictures. He was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and the location was unbeatable as only 5 mins walk into the old town, no steps and opposite the beach. Good value for money!

Beach across the road and excellent restaurants for dinner and breakfast a few minutes away. Highly recommend. The owner went above and beyond for us. Nothing with the property but, if you travel by car, plan ahead as Dubrovnik does not allow on street parking. Conveniently there is a private car park 5min walk away (Dubrovnik Daily Parking) so book it before you arrive!

• Geraldene (9/5): Superb - It is a great location just steps from the entrance to the old town and right across the street from the beach. Its not fancy an the bathroom/shower is very small so maybe not good for big people, but It was good value for the money, clean and the beds comfortable, the location is great. There is a window in the front room that looks out over the beach, its on a road. There is a cab stand right down the road if you need that. The host picked us up at the airport for an additional 35 euros, was very accommodating. If you want to be able to walk to the old town its a good choice. The bathrooms are small - separate room with shower and then the toilet and sink in another room. Otherwise its really want is advertised and I would recommend.

We had everything we need . A fully equipped kitchen . Well appointed with all mod cons even a blender to make a smoothie . If you needed to iron your clothes an iron and board was provided . Bea ch towels available which was a plus . The beach walking distance from Apartment. Just across the road and down a many stairs to the beach . A flat walk 10 minute or less to the old city . 2 small Supermarkets and bakery very close by . Only complaint was the bed and bed linen . We feel these could be improved .

Sini arranged for a taxi to pick up our luggage at 10 am and the same guy took us to the airport in the afternoon. Nice. Not really 2 bedrooms. There are 2 beds in 2 rooms w a bathroom connection. You must walk through room #1 to get to room #2. One room has a bed + kitchen; the other room has a bed and a window. The pictures do not convey reality.

Toilet and Shower are separate, which made all so much easy. Opening the window to an beautiful ocean view was a plus. Shops, tours, ice cream, restaurants, beach, all in walking distance. That we couldn't stay longer

The unit had 2 big bedrooms and a small kichenette which was more than adequate. Very comfortable. Had trouble finding the unit even with the pictures. Unit didn't have a number on it. Little trouble getting air conditioning to work , but taken care of quickly.

Easy walk to the Dubrovnik gate, Banje Beach is steps away (as in many stairs down but still fantastic), close to mini market and bakery. Hosts were responsive when we had questions, and they set up transportation to/from the airport. Communication regarding check in and location was great. We loved people watching from the window! We loved our stay here! Nicely appointed, but maybe a coffee machine? PS Expect stairs everywhere! Bring water shoes for Croatia beaches!
• Daseulyi (10/5): Exceptional - location, location, location! Before coming, I couldn't realize how it closes from all the main places, but on the arrival day, I was very happy about my choice. It is literally right in front of the Banje beach and from the entrance gate of the wall, it's just 5 mins on foot. From the window we could enjoy the view of THE reputated duvrobnik!!! It's like the picture in front of my eyes. Clean, spacious enough 4 people to sleep, comfortble 2 double beds. Well equipped kitchen even though it's small. Will come back here to stay again. No amenities except a shower gel. Wish a shampoo as well.

It was a bonus having a washer/dryer. only 2 things that were unfortunate. the safe didn’t work and there was no coffee machine.

We had a family reunion here and it was great for three generations. All of us loved the proximity to the beach ( and the bars). We were able to make many special meals and do much laundry accumulated over 2x backpackers and 2x multi country adults! Then when we needed help with held luggage/late checkout our beautiful host looked after bags and drove two guests to the bus terminal- totally amazing hospitality for a very special family trip. We will always reflect fondly on our time at Dubrovnik. One of the three apartments’ air conditioner had trouble keeping room cool-but we opened window and it worked ok. The other two rooms a/c was amazing!

The noise from the concert venue next door was very loud. I realized that by closing all of the windows and interior doors, I did not hear it while we slept.
• Juan (5/5): Good Location in Dubrovnik. - I would say the location of this property is perfect. Just in front of a beach and few minutes away from the old town. Although it is located in a very transited street. You also have a supermarket nearby in case you want to stay home and cook something. Internet and air conditioning worked well. Parking was kind of difficult, but the host help us out the first day to park the car, and we did not move it during our stay, we walked. The bed was a murphy bed, not very comfortable and the sheets need to be changed for new ones, they were very used kind of sheets, felt like tanned. Same as the towels, different colors, very olds towels, they need to improve and have better sheets and towels. Bathroom was fair. The shower was very difficult to use since it was not working properly, only the handheld head was working so it was not very easy to shower, plus the bathtub did not make it easier. It has a washing machine but without drying option.... Kitchen was ok, but we preferred not to use it. Needs improvements.
