Pinal (4/5): Long term stay option - Rooms clean and well stocked for long term stay. Well located for downtown Phoenix business but not for entertainment dining. This is not a short term hotel option. No food drink options within building. Arrived late after conference and went without dinner after not finding suitable food choices within walking distance and didn't feel safe with lots of sketchy people walking around. No ice except ice maker in fridge which was off when I arrived then spit out 4 cubes after half hour and stopped. No in out privileges for garage parking so couldn't drive anywhere once checked in.

Christina (10/5): My trash was not empty on the first day, other than that everyone was amazing and helpful, I wish I had more time to enj - The room was perfect and the amenities were awesome! The location was a bit scary, some parts were nice and some were sketchy. But I know phoenix is huge, so I felt safe in the building.

Jennifer (10/5): Loved the media room for movie night..it needs a dimmer switch or a way to adjust lighting in media room. There was no l - Loved the cleanliness and that the unit had a washer and dryer in unit. The only drawback back was grill and pool area was in building separate from Avon building other than that everything was great! One suggestion maybe have first aid kits in each unit for rentals. When I was preparing a home cooked meal one night I cut my finger and I was lucky to have found the office was still open on before they close at 6. Everything else was great. Pool, workout room and grill area was in separate building.

Mambwe (10/5): Exceptional - I liked how patient and kind the staff were, ease checking process, clean premises, the gym, how I could access eating places and frys within walking distance and everything I needed to prepare my own meals and do laundry in my room. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it. Thank you so much too the staff for being always being ready to provide information from the date I checked to wishing me well at check out, this was a memorable stay and I will definitely be back. Nothing comes to mind

I got there to check in and was told my reservation was nowhere in the system even tho booking .com had sent me the confirmation and took out the payment. Instead of helping the receptionist told something to the security guard because once the receptionist stepped away security guard checked her phone then looked at me the said to please step outside and call booking or there 1800 number which all I got was a voicemail saying they were busy to leave a message . After a while and it being almost 11 pm I left and got a room elsewhere.
