• Guest (5/5): Affordable accommodation, you get what you pay for! - It’s close by to the station which is great, however it was a bit misleading as the room has no windows and is right next to the boiler room. All in all it is great if you don’t want to spend much on accommodation. It was also clean inside The lack of windows
• Beau (1/5): No hot water ruined holiday with virtually no response from owners - Good area No hot water (after checking reviews this is an ongoing issue that they won’t fix and won’t respond to me about a refund) Cleaners woke me up Loud boilers directly outside the room No smoke alarms in the room Fire alarm went off which is also a common occurrence Loud trains under the room Towel rail hanging off Plasterboard dumped under the bed Mould behind the bed Junk chucked in the hallways making it hard to get suitcases in No windows or ventilation This property should not be let on booking.com absolutely ridiculous

• Mirosnicova (5/5): - Location The noise that was coming form boiler room , that was in front of of studio . Stay for 3 nights have just hot water for one night.
• rastorfer (2/5): - Es gab einen Toaster und das Badezimmer war einigermassen schön. Unter unserem Bett lagen Chips und anderer Müll von den vorhärigen Gästen. Überall Flecken und Staub. Hinter dem Bett schimmelt es und die Abdeckung der Wand fällt ab. Es kamen mehrere Male Putzangestellte herein welche den Code zum Zimmer hatten, heisst Sie hätten unsere Dinge stehlen können. Es wurde doppelt gebucht, als wir schlafen wollten kamen andere Gäste herein. Kein Fenster, abgekommene Gegend. Mussten circa 20min nach dem Check In warten bis wir das Mail mit dem Zugangscode und allem bekamen. NIE WIEDER!!!!

• Young (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! It’s a death trap! - Nothing Illegal accommodation as it’s is a windowless unit down a long windy junk filled hallway, (see photo 2,3,4)with no fire escape . The boiler is next to the room and kept me awake- (see photo one) . We had cold showers. No response from messages I sent to the property! Could not get onto bookings. Com. I will be taking this further!
• Heidi (6/5): - Really good value for money in a great location so can’t complain too much. However we had no hot or even warm water in the 4 days that we stayed there, I had contacted the host about this but never got a response. The apartment isn’t overly big which wasn’t a problem but there were certainly parts that hadn’t been cleaned.

Op de foto’s zie je de ruimte die we doormoesten om nog maar tot in de hal van de andere kamers te - Ligging We zaten ingesloten zonder venster ACHTER de boiler kamer en poets gerief kamer. Dit was ook super onveilig. Als er iets gebeurd in de boiler kamer zat je gewoon ingesloten. Ook kwamen ze elke ochtend werken aan de boiler met geroep en luide machines.. deze kamer mocht niet verhuurd worden.

• Simone (4/5): Reality didn’t live up to the images. - Great location. Modern, clean and compact. Despite looking good, apartment lacked functionality. No natural light or ventilation meant damp towels for duration of stay; sugar and milk provided but no tea, coffee or kettle; cooking utensils provided but no heating element; and apartment was accessed through storage area that was unsightly and noisy. Most disappointing though was service. Owner seemed apathetic at best. Phone number on booking.com did not connect and messages went unanswered until day of check in. Clearly relying on location and misleading photos to entice business.
• Ayana (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location right outside Kings Cross. Comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom. There was no window, and some noise from the boiler outside. There was no heating, but a heater was provided so that was okay.
